Hi Ash, I just wat to say I did a lot of yoga in the past and I really appreciate these sessions. The balanced stretches, the creative flows, the coaching… it shows that you are really passionate and knowledgable and I hope you manage to reach lots more subscribers.
This was the best sequence yet! I only get to do your 10 min post run during the week because of time but this morning I had more time to myself and this made me feel awesome. Thank you for your videos, Ash!
As the rainy season ramps up here, my running season gets a little more scattered, so I was happy to sneak in a 7km during the gap in the clouds. I always have to face hills around here but I did my best “have a smile and a little bit of a wiggle” to get the yuks out right before I set off and everything felt so good. This was a great routine was the perfect way to top it off and wind down😊
Relax and refresh indeed! Perfect way to calm down and tune in after hill intervals and some intense core work. I really enjoyed the flow here and how seamlessly we touched every area of the body. I really liked that toe pull stretch and the figure four flossing. Great as always, Ash. Very grateful to have you in my routine 🏃♀️

Loved that hip flossing was included in this session, it might be my absolute favorite thing. The long side stretches were nice too. First time pulling toes back in seated forward fold and doing cat cow in that position, felt good (to learn new things too). Thank you!
