    Thank you! I started running 6 months ago and have started to get very tight hips for the last couple of weeks - admittedly I haven't done any stretching up until this point. This video was so good and I feel much more free! I will definitely be doing these after every run now :)

    Ive started doing couch to 5k. Everything has been a breeze until week 4 when I've suddenly been getting runners hip. Ive been neglecting stretching this whole time! This helped a lot with my pain and stiffness this morning.

    Before finding out your videos I hated stretching, but thanks to your routines and approach I'm actually starting to really enjoy it.     I really appreciate this video that targets right hips. Using your videos has helped me to feel better throughout the day after my morning run. I also really like when you suggest options for going deeper with the stretch.

    after reviewing some footage of me running, I couldn’t help but notice that my left hip was tighter than the right, and struggling to come up as high, and this feels like it’s working my hips a ton! thanks so much for this ❤

    thank you so much for this - loving these videos. The mobility of my right hip was waaaayy worse, didn't realize this. Been having pain in my knee on my runs on this side so going to continue this work.

It does sound like you have an issue in that hip that is referring to the knee (maybe seek local professional advice if it persists) go easy on it and try my Glute strengthening video to create stronger stability from the glutes, that should help 😀🙏

    Thank you for this. I couldn't do very much. I'm new to running after losing about 80 lbs in the last year and a half. I've been really bad at stretching and my hamstrings and hips have not been happy. I appreciate this video

    I was extremely stiff in the hips after my marathon run and this really helped to loosen things up a bit. I looked at some other videos but I found that the movements in this one was just what I needed. Easy to do and loosened things up nicely. Thanks!

    Thanks Ash. This is the first time I’ve done proper stretching after one of my runs. Just finished a very hilly 15k training by run and my glutes were aching and this has really helped.

    Thanks Ash! You recommended this video from a comment I had on another one of yours. I've done this twice now, and even by this second time, I feel it much more. I especially like the breathing part, you certainly give it enough time for the breathing instructions to be able to take effect. A lot of people say 'Don't forget to breathe' and then almost immediately move on to the next exercise. I definitely have a lot of work to do on both hips, but doing this after each run... it'll be interesting to see how it improves.

    Thanks for the video! I just started running and I fell in love with it. Unfortunetly i went too quickly, too fast and I started to feel my hip a bit. So now I'm taking things slowly, prioritizing streching and this video helps!

    Thank you! I’ve never done any post run stretches but my hips were so stiff that they caused an injury from all my running last year. Also getting a bit older so I should really do something more after my (long)runs. Your videos are so helpfull and most of all these stretches feel amazing and are a nice way to relax and reflect. All aches and pains are gone and I really feel less stiff too. Continue the good work!
