Ive started doing couch to 5k. Everything has been a breeze until week 4 when I've suddenly been getting runners hip. Ive been neglecting stretching this whole time! This helped a lot with my pain and stiffness this morning.

Before finding out your videos I hated stretching, but thanks to your routines and approach I'm actually starting to really enjoy it. It does sound like you have an issue in that hip that is referring to the knee (maybe seek local professional advice if it persists) go easy on it and try my Glute strengthening video to create stronger stability from the glutes, that should help 😀🙏

I was extremely stiff in the hips after my marathon run and this really helped to loosen things up a bit. I looked at some other videos but I found that the movements in this one was just what I needed. Easy to do and loosened things up nicely. Thanks!
I’m 41 and started running two months ago. I watch your pre and post run videos pretty much every time, including this morning. This afternoon however I was aware of my left hip feeling super tight and sore, but this video really helped - thanks so much.

Thanks Ash. This is the first time I’ve done proper stretching after one of my runs. Just finished a very hilly 15k training by run and my glutes were aching and this has really helped. Thanks Ash! You recommended this video from a comment I had on another one of yours. I've done this twice now, and even by this second time, I feel it much more. I especially like the breathing part, you certainly give it enough time for the breathing instructions to be able to take effect. A lot of people say 'Don't forget to breathe' and then almost immediately move on to the next exercise. I definitely have a lot of work to do on both hips, but doing this after each run... it'll be interesting to see how it improves. Thanks again!

Thanks for the video! I just started running and I fell in love with it. Unfortunetly i went too quickly, too fast and I started to feel my hip a bit. So now I'm taking things slowly, prioritizing streching and this video helps!

Thank you! I’ve never done any post run stretches but my hips were so stiff that they caused an injury from all my running last year. Also getting a bit older so I should really do something more after my (long)runs. Your videos are so helpfull and most of all these stretches feel amazing and are a nice way to relax and reflect. All aches and pains are gone and I really feel less stiff too. Continue the good work!

Ive been following your pre run warm ups and post run stretch videos now for almost two weeks and i have noticed a big improvement in both my comfort when running, and my recovery. My hips are so much better! Thanks Ash.

Did this one again! My glutes and hammies seem to be super tight! Using a foam roller on the glutes too. Ran more hills today and it went well. Thanks for the great video, Ash!

Thank you! I’ve never done any post run stretches but my hips were so stiff that they caused an injury from all my running last year. Also getting a bit older so I should really do something more after my (long)runs. Your videos are so helpfull and most of all these stretches feel amazing and are a nice way to relax and reflect. All aches and pains are gone and I really feel less stiff too. Continue the good work!
