First, I know I referred to them as "reinforcement pads" in the video - I want to be clear. These are not reinforcement pads. They are strong enough to hold the door panel to the car door. If you need to remove the door panel in the future - you MUST use an interior clip removal tool otherwise you will likely pull the pad off of the fiberboard. That said... Had an amazing time riding with you today at fuelfest man, between seeing the semi drift in the car with you and getting to be the rear of the 3 car tandem, you made my day! 🤙
Good idea! I would recommend installing a bit of sound deadening so it helps with rattles and keep the cabin a bit more quiet, will add this to the list of to do things 😄
Hello, it would be great to work a library of pieces that can be modeled in 3D and print examples the exterior trims of the doors and the plastic that goes on the belt
I thought about that as well - clips get tricky because of the layer lines and how they tend to separate. The door panel clips are particularly difficult because of this I think

Great invention, I’ll be your first customer! Good timing as I’m planning on putting the doors back together soon.
Thanks! And awesome! I'll keep an eye out for your order :)

Agreed! I added some on the driver's door, I haven't installed the door panel or anything on the passenger door yet lol

I agree! There are a few different files available on different 3D printing websites, but there isn't a place for "just AE86" files.
you could also 3d print the clips I would think.
