It’s hard to believe Tesla will increase prices when other manufacturers will have 100s of EVs available that are priced competitively to sell. Don’t see it happening.

So you get a tax credit which means “at the end of year” it’s not instant credit so the price of the vehicle drops if you receive the credit. Sure you get 7500 at your tax return, let’s say you apply it towards your loan, that doesn’t mean your monthly payment goes down!!! You’ll still be paying $900 a month unless you refinance. Don’t let this tax credit BS fool you.

They already raised prices to try to slow cancellatins. So waiting to order Dec 30th with the extra inventory seems like not a bad play. The law itself should have taken effect when announced, but you know, govt operations.

@@insanvini1203 a lot of people from 2021 orders for 2022 tried this. Before Joe Manchin shot the credit down. Tesla doesn't have a lot of patience for not taking your order. They will let you delay it for a short time, but they will just your order and refund you if it's delayed too long.

I placed an order in October 2021 and took delivery March 2022. I watched a lot of people trying to delay.

@MasryMotors thanks for your video! I put an order on model 3 RWD 4 weeks ago in CA state. My delivery is scheduled between Nov 29- Jan 10 2023. Curious how 2023 tax credit works, does it mean the order has to be put in in Jan 2023 or can I qualify if I simply receive it in january?

@@AlfiyaGlow nope once your delivery date is revealed you have to accept or your order is canceled. Unless there’s something wrong with the car in which case they find you the next available replacement asap
