Yummy! These recipes have me drooling! I’ve been trying to get my husband to eat healthier with me on the paleo plan and these are meals he would actually eat!! My favorite meal of the three you shared was definitely the egg roll in a bowl- I am going to make it using venison that my husband harvested this winter. Thanks for the recipes!!
Not a fan of kale, but that salad looked really good. I would try kale again for that recipe. Love egg roll in a bowl! Those pancakes looked really good as well. Thanks so much for sharing 😊
Im a 38 man i changed my diet 2 weeks ago. I eat only fish/seafood healthy fats and alittle fruits and vegetables plus I do intermittent fasting. I feel like a new man. It's like a natural 24 hour high. I have more energy more confidence and I feel better and clearer mental clarity and general i feel better about myself and life. Can eating healthy really make me feel this way lol wow?

My favorite breakfast is sweet potato hash browns, scrambled eggs, and fresh berries.

My favorite food is hamburgers and they are super easy to make paleo. I usually have a burger salad.

My favorite paleo meal is spinach salad with ground grass fed beef 🥑 avocado n some sweet potatoes for a hearty dinner .. yum.. great recipes
