I’m such a huge fan of yours. Paleo took me from some pretty bad genetics to having great numbers and at a great weight. Your recipes are so simple and easy to follow but also very versatile so ty! I wanted to know if you can talk about how you are flexible sometimes in terms of non paleo foods. Is it something your schedule in like a cheat day? Or is it just that you’re chilled about not sticking to it 100%? I’ve been on paleo for about 4 years (with a small vegan time in the middle) and I’m pretty rigid (genetics) but I’m curious what it might look like to be more flexible. Thanks!
Hi!! First of all thank you for the kind message. I'm 100% flexible with Paleo. I have periods where I'm a bit more strict but honestly it fluctuates with how busy my lifestyle is. I know I feel better when I'm 100% Paleo but sometimes a little white rice, chickpeas or straight up pizza (my fav) sneaks into my diet. :)

They are not. This meal prep is gluten and dairy free, not Paleo.
