I live in South Africa and don't often get international brands featured on UA-cam, so I was thrilled to see Kirsten Ess at my local drug store in November last year. I got the clarifying shampoo and rich moisture conditioner and a few others not featured here. Having used the clarifying shampoo and moisture conditioner off and on now for 6 months I can conclusively say I LOVE it for my fine curly hair. I only wash once a week and refresh during the week so I reach for the clarifying shampoo after a particularly heavy product week for a squeaky clean. Then hydrate and detangle with the rich conditioner. It's a great combo!

I ADORE that Kristin Ess Curl Cream for my low porosity waves! But I consider it more of a leave-in than a curl cream because it's so light. It's great in summer when I don't need too much moisture. In winter I prefer something a little heavier. Love to see the first impressions, thanks Mell!
I’m so happy you got to have that Ulta experience. My daughter worked at Ulta and though she’s not there anymore, we love our Ulta shopping days. I do love you can pick up your fave drugstore items or the latest tarted blush! So convenient.
Living at the bottom of the world in NZ we don't have easy access to curly friendly products unless bought online so I love your reviews like this, gives me an idea what ones are worth it and what ones are not as they are very expensive. I found curlsmith products through your channel and thankfully there is an online seller here, they have been great for my hair. Thanks for helping all us curlys!
Love your first impressions! Your facial expressions alone tell me all I need to know about a product! (The Weekend side by side was hysterical!!!😆) I’m excited about the Twist/Ouidad comparison. 💜🕉
I used Redken Hardware gel in the early 2000's and it was a super hard gel. I mixed it with a hair oil or serum before adding to my styled curls and it worked amazingly! No crispy feel, just amazing bouncy and defined curls. Maybe that would work for your hard gels...
Anyone else watch 5 minutes of the video and is already hitting like and ready to love it? Mell can do no wrong! Edit: the video did not disappoint at all haha
I love the not your mothers line. The leave in and gel work super good on my 3b/c curls. Definitely have to add oil after though. I find the gel a tad dry!
the not your mother's hard hold gel is an amazing styler for my longer wavy hair! I love pairing it with the curlsmith feather light protein cream, it's honestly my fav styler combo for hold and volume atm!!!
I LOVE the NYM Hard Hold Gel but there are tips other UA-camrs (thankfully) warned me of first. With that one, use less than your usual amount & mix with a little water first. Rub hands together a little as if you were trying to lather...only not that long. It's definitely crispy, but softer once crunched. It also doesn't dry my hair, but then my hair isn't dry to start. I should say that my hair's nowhere near your curl level either! There's a "learning curve" with that product, but if you can find your sweet spot, it's sweet indeed! Thanks for reviewing the Kristin Ess(?)...been wanting to try. 🙂
I did the same with Ecoslay Jello Shot. Talk about a thick gel! It’s in a tub and it is nearly solid! But a small amount in very wet hands on very wet hair gives me great curls for up to 8 days. It dried crunchy but scrunched out just fine.
I love you Mel...and...I LOVE NYM Curl Talk products! When I began my curly wavy journey 1.5 years ago I decided to commit to a single product line...thankfully it gives me the results I love. The scent is light enough that my hubby has no issue with it being over powering. The tips and techniques I've learned from you combined with their products along with Trader Joe's Coconut Hair Serum have me feeling beautiful and happiest I've ever been with my hair...the testimony is I've worn it down more in the last year than most of the 60 years I've been alive!! Just wanted to give a proper shout out for NYM Curl Talk💖🌟💖
I've been eyeing that exact Kristen Ess curl cream & I actually think it might be great for me! My curls get weighed down easily, but I do have somewhat high po hair, so I need a cream but am always looking for lighter ones. Thanks for the review! 💜💜
Also I’ve been using Ouidad products for over 20 years now. They were the first ones I had access to and other brands were not marketed towards my hair type. They are excellent there are many of their original products that are still very good. The Vita Curl and Moisture lock line seem to always be great. Every couple of years they come out with a new line or angle but it’s never quite as good. You should try those if you can get your hands on them.
I have been getting my hair done at Ulta for years. Thankfully I have an amazing curly specialist at my Ulta. Worth everything to have an amazing curly specialist.💜
I have tried the Kristin Ess Clarifying Shampoo! A worker at Ulta recommended it to me! My hair definitely feels squeaky clean after I use it, love the smell, but it is quite drying. I just deal with it lol. Hair mask to the rescue! Love that you are reviewing her products!
I have had my hair cut and trimmed every 6 weeks and colored at ULTA beauty I was always very satisfied with my results I chose blonde shades brown shades and strawberry blonde then I chose fun colors bright pink purple.... Green blue purple and blonde together... I have chosen to stop having my hair chemically colored and it's so much healthier now..... It's been 3 years since I have chemically colored my hair... Thanks for posting this video mell I really enjoyed it.... Hair wash routine the stores I shop at in Tacoma Washington Walmart Target Walgreens
I had some highlights/balayage and a trim done at an Ulta salon and it turned out great! I was in a new city and really didn’t know where to go for a cut & color and Ulta did not disappoint!
Hi Mell! I use the Kristin Ess cream and it enhances my waves but I find it a tad drying. It has good hold on its own, but I use a leave in under it and top with a non drying gel and I get good results.
Okay this might be a long comment so my b, but I have to tell you how much I love you, I’ve been binge watching your channel for a hot minute now and your channel is everything I need in my life. Like I like Brad Mondo but he don’t know about curls so I went looking and so grateful I found you. Giving me the curly education I never got in my childhood AND giving me the Raven Symone vibes I’ve been missing since my childhood and That’s So Raven ended!!! So tysm for that as well lol.. I have mad respect for how real you are and how educated and the effort you put into your videos for all of us and I want you to know it does not go unappreciated. My hair is much more like your sister’s except mine is pretty thin now from all the damage it has endured from heat to bleach and yah I’m on my curly hair self love journey now and your videos have been very helpful! I was wondering tho if you have any advice for those of us with curls who do things like swim almost daily (either in the ocean or in a pool) so I need to wash my hair much more than is ideal for those of us with curly hair? Especially like a okay shampoo thats not going to hurt my hair to use daily? Tysm! ❤
The Kristin Ess clarifying shampoo does a great job of clarifying for me and doesn’t dry out my hair as bad as others BUT I stopped using it because something about it was mildly irritating my scalp. The Curl conditioner and shampoo from the same line are some of my favorite though, super hydrating without being too heavy. I’d absolutely love to see you review the rest of the curl line and get your thoughts on those products!
I just have to say thank you for all that you share. I was once a big follower of CO washing, and also, not rinsing the product out completely. I went on like this for years! And as time went on I could not figure out WHY my curls were just dying! I figured it was because I was getting older and my curl pattern was changing. Until I started watching your channel. You were so adamant about not only shampooing your hair but even doing it twice at times!! So, if figured I had nothing to lose so I tried it. And I even started rinsing out the conditioner all the way. Also, I stopped using scorching heat and globs of spray on my non-curly days. I can't believe I have all my curls back and them some!! Now to go get a bonnet so I don't keep crushing my new-found curls while sleeping. A big thanks from New Jersey, and yes, we do have Dairy Queen out this way.
Looks great Mel, even if too crunchy for you. Living in Houston, if I do not start the week with some crunch, I quickly end up a frizzy mess. NYM has too of my favorite masques when I don’t have time for a longer treatment. Love the Matcha Green Tea & Wild Apple Blosssom. Smells lovely and does not trigger allergies. So easy to detangle after using. Also their Curl Talk Deep Conditioning masque works well. For the price point it’s a win.
Oh gooood seeing Ulta having that many brands and variety makes me wanna cry. I live in a small country in Europe and there's nothing like that, I get all my products from online stores and I get them most of the times more expensive due to shipping etc and I wait a looong time to arrive. Also I can't even get anything I want, some products are impossible to travel here. So moral of the story, if you can buy from Ulta or a similar store consider yourself super lucky😭😅
Loved this video! 💗 Also, ELF Hydrating Camo Concealer is WAY better. Doesn’t run or slip. It looks very pretty on the skin. I cannot use the original either because it’s too drying. Also the NYM gel works great for my very fine curl texture that tends to lose shape easily. It will give my 2c-3a definition without needing a refresh until day 3. No wet look at least for me. Thank you for sharing your experience for your curl type. 😊💗
Yea, so I'm completely addicted to Mell and Seester. Can't wait to see this! Oh, on the fence about the Curlsmith diffuser. I have a Baby Bliss with a diffuser attachment that works well. I dang sure don't have the money for a Dyson so NEED HELP lol
I was SO lucky that a couple years ago someone bought me the Dyson but now I'm getting greedy... I want (or at least try) the Curlsmith hairdryer. I have medium density wavy hair and I'm wondering if it'll give me those perfect curls/waves...
Hi! Thanks for responding! I have been eyeballing the shark one with the adjustable prong diffuser! I have wavy/loose curls too and would love to see Mell do hair like "Tammy" I think is the mannequins name lol. We can have a Texture Tammy Day! Ha take care ALL :)
I bought the Dyson refurbished on their site in November. PayPal offered me pay in 4, so I was able to split the payments monthly no interest. I have been seeing a lot more places offering it. If it didn't have that as an option I wouldn't have been able to buy it.
@@Haley-hz9gj Eyyyyyyyy a fellow wavy! I watch Gena Marie as well and she SWEARS by the Shark and as soon as I found out that it has adjustable prongs I lost my shit!
My daughters and I would get our hair done at our Ulta Salon. We used them from the time my youngest was started High School, I had two stylist who created stunning prom styles and beautiful color. It has been 2 years since I stopped using them as my favorite stylist went out on her own and we followed. She is the best with color, cut and style. Ulta Salon is great. Never high pressure sales and true care for their clients.
I purchased Kristin Ess for the first time a month ago and I’m now a fan. The Micellar Shampoo and Weightless Shine Curl Defining Jelly are the truth! I will try one of her curl defining creams after I run out of CurlSmith weightless air dry cream.
Mell, your videos are so helpful! I tried the Not Your Mother's line awhile ago and was not impressed. My favorite drugstore brand lately has been Hairitage but you can only find them at Walmart. I also love CURLS.
Could you please do a product review on the Q-Redew hair steamer. I am paralyzed and need your how-to videos to help my caregivers do my hair right. You guys help out so much with the videos that you do. I absolutely
As I watch this video, I’m getting ready to go to my Ulta salon appointment! I LOVE my stylist! Though I confess I just use her for color (natural redhead starting to get white hairs AAAHHHHH!). I go to a curl specialist here in town for cuts. I also take my daughter to Ulta for her hair washes. She’s autistic and has sensory processing disorder so washing at home is really challenging. Her stylist is awesome-she is kind and patient with my daughter-and takes care of that wavy hair. :)
First offf I really am thankful for your channel and the sense of humor, i’ve been here since 2018/2019, since transitioning phase and you helped me pick up the best hair routine that I always get compliments on! As for the NYM curl talk this purple line didn’t really work for me as I’m a low porosity too, but definitely the pink line ‘flower and mango’ combing cream is worth try, it’s been my go to for years, light on hair smells good and doesn’t dry out or leave the hair weird after few days, I only find it in ulta though, but that’s my all time jam Also I mostly use it alone without gels, hope you get a chance to try it 🤍
I have gotten my hair done at Ulta, and it was amazing! Got some highlights, and was glad they don’t charge extra for king think hair and the need for more product.
I live in Florida so the humidity here is no joke. I LOVE that NYM gel lol. You definitely need to have a leave in under it and I break the cast with a Curl Smith oil. My hair will last for days without having to touch up. If I use other products my hair looks good for one day and then it's in a bun until my next wash day.
I definitely prefer the Twist line to the Ouidad line... I also find that the Twist line feels like it works much better in my hair... The Ouidad salon line makes my hair feel coated and not clean... I am also not a fan of the Kristin Ess stuff either... It wasn't bad for me, but I have a whole lot more brands that I do love. And for the record... My BIL owns a Dairy Queen... It's been a staple in our area for over 50 years... his family has owned it for as long as I can remember. Grew up on DQ!
I don’t think you have tried this????? Camille Rose Cocoa Mango Butter Deep Conditioner……LIFE!!!! Their Honey Spiked Mousse and Cocoa Nibs & Honey ultimate strength serum🔥 Im having fun with this line. I’ve tried the Quidad Line and have been let down every time. It just doesn’t have enough moisture for my hair. Long, dry, medium porosity type 3 hair. 🫤 Love when you do drug store videos. So sad I didn’t bump into you while you were in the “city that never sleeps” Hoping to visit Canada soon. I’ll definitely need to make an appointment.
been waiting for this Ulta haul!! I used to work there a while back. Ulta has such a variety when it comes to curly hair products now!!! I had my haircut before at Ulta & it was alright. They do offer curly cuts now which is fun! also that ouidad advanced climate control stronger hold gel is my holy grail!!!
Well done ! 👏 Love it 😂 I'm glad you enjoyed the Ulta experience , I try to stay away from Ulta as much as I can because I always end uo spending waaaaaay to much because how can you not ? The lighting the atmosphere the smell in the air it just makes you wanna buy lol 🤣
My hair is pretty healthy and I was wondering if I should use bond building treatments and if so how often? Also thanks for the great content! I think I will definitely buy that gel!
First time I've ever been able to watch a premiere live. Good chatting with everyone! To answer the question about beauty stores, I don't go to any. I get stuff from the drugstore. I'm a university student so don't want to spend a bunch on products (although as a guy I have fewer things to spend on so could probably afford some nicer things).
Love your videos!! You’re the only one I trust with reviews. I was wondering if you Could you do a review of the new curlsmith diffuser, would it be worth the buy? & a review of the miracle shield spray??
You can get Kristen Ess at target here in the States. I’ve never tried it. But curl talk - the whole line dries out my hair. And the Ouidad gel is my very favorite gel and the only gel I will use.😍 I live in a very humid climate and my hair is very fine.
Thank you for your videos. Because of you I have discovered my curls and now know how to take care of them. My box dye (9.5 NB) made my hair almost flat
The Ouidad climate gel that you got in a travel size is FIRE. Don’t let the liquidy consistency fool you, I love it for when I travel to humid places. It gives flexible hold and definition and shine without feeling heavy. It’s great! I wanna try that clarifying Kristen Ess shampoo after seeing that packaging 👀 whoever picked it did great 😅
Hi as someone living in Scotland here the main beauty retailers with actual stores are Boots and Superdrug. These two are in most towns and cities in the UK and whilst Superdrug is mostly "drugstore" brands, Boots is a mixture of affordable and higher end brands. Many less well known brands are only stocked online here, or perhaps in some Department stores. I hope that helps if the UK is one of your stops. Best wishes.
Hi Mell, thank you so so much for your amazing videos, you always come up with new great ideas! :-) I have a question for you: When I apply my products (leave-in conditioner+gel or mousse), I can only do it on soaking wet hair, otherwise I always get frizzy results! So when I wash it, I have to move to applying the product very fast, otherwise I feel like my hair is already too dry. The problem for me is that I cannot define the curls because it takes too long. Even if I wet it again with a spray bottle, I feel like I can't get it wet enough again. Do you have an explanation for that? I am confused because you do not style on soaking wet hair and your hair turns out perfectly!
The not your mothers products have actually helped my waves SO MUCH- the cream leaves my hair so defined and shiny- even though I need a lot of it because I have A LOT of hair- their gel is also amazing and their bond mask leaves my hair so soft and shiny, my hair loves the proteins
It is definitely a hit or miss with NYM's curl talk line for me and I agree with you on the gel, BUT I have been using their shampoos and conditioners in the naturals line and my hair LOVES those products. Especially the Royal Honey & Kalahari Desert Melon Repair & Nourish conditioner/leave-in, they are my staple products and I love how affordable they are. It would be great to see you try them out and hear your opinion on NYM naturals if you're able and haven't made a video already! :)
Happy texture Tuesday! Glad you had a great time in NYC and that you finally got to experience Ulta. Oh and we only have dairy queen on Long Island but I don’t think we have it in the city.
Lol, I love your freak out about us possibly not having Dairy Queen, I seriously cracked up real loud and hard. I am glad to know that y’all have DQ in Canada
I feel the same way about Twist vs Ouidad! I like the Twist products much more, and I know I've raved about them in the comments before, but my whole family loves their stuff! We can share products and the scents are unisex, they do what they say they're going to do, and they don't build up like crazy.
The Kristen Ess is my VERY FAVORITE shampoo and conditioner line. I use the grey curl cream ALL the time and I enjoyed the orange leave in conditioner, but the jelly was not my favorite. The applicator on the shampoo is amazing ❤️
i love the gel! But now that you mention it my hair is a bit dry after I tend to go heavier on the oil when I use the gel. lol Crazy how one comment can open your eyes. I switch off between Kristen Ess Gel and my Aveda gel and my hair feels less dry with the Aveda gel.
@@angelatkins3427 Yeah - the biggest problem I had was that it didn't play nice with my other products, including the ultra light cream. The orange leave in was okay, but for my looser curl pattern I need some cream. I'd always get weird giant white puff things of product after scrunching that I'd have to pick out of my hair.

Girrrl, I hit Like yesterday before it premiered bc I knew what was coming! Awesome!!
Can’t wait for the CurlSmith diffuser review
I would appreciate a Twist vs Ouidad brand off! Also yes we do have Dairy Queen
So excited for this video. I'm really loving the vlog videos too btw! Happy Texture Tuesday!
So excited for the Kristin Ess review😁💕
Can you also do a video or feature on your nail care? I am always amazed and drawn to your healthy and beautiful nails!
Sprinklers are some of my favorite memories!! 😍
I actually JUST got a full head of highlights at Ulta on my curly hair and they turned out really well! I had a great experience
The scalp cleansing oil is amazing! It's my favorite product from NYM
im so excited to try it! From what i hear, i should have snagged the DC as well!
@@ManesByMell the DC is kinda meh. It's not enough for my hair. But the shampoo is also good from this line. Very cleansing.
Happy Texture Tuesday!! So excited for you to try some of my favorite products!! Hope you had a fabulous vacation!! Much love and happiness!! Xoxo 😘
Much love to you deanna thank you 😘😘😘
I have had my hair cut and trimmed every 6 weeks and colored at ULTA beauty I was always very satisfied with my results I chose blonde shades brown shades and strawberry blonde then I chose fun colors bright pink purple....
Thanks for sharing!! I see what you mean exactly, it’s good for defining but for extra moisture a little leave-in underneath would go a long way 💖
Okay this might be a long comment so my b, but I have to tell you how much I love you, I’ve been binge watching your channel for a hot minute now and your channel is everything I need in my life.
Good morning from Sydney Australia! Waiting patiently 🥰
@@gyrlonfilm thank you so much!!
Kristin ess is my new favorite curly hair product to use ❤ the smell is absolutely amazing...
Sprinklers FTW! And yes we have Dairy Queen. You’ve hit two major nostalgic points from my childhood today. 🙂
Happy texture Tuesday ❤️❤️
Mell, your videos are so helpful! I tried the Not Your Mother's line awhile ago and was not impressed. My favorite drugstore brand lately has been Hairitage but you can only find them at Walmart. I also love CURLS.
I love you and your sister’s energy. I subscribed to the both of you! 💕
Awh Yana we love to hear that!! Thanks so much for watching our content 💖💖
@@ManesByMell wouldn’t miss a video!
Your videos have helped me immensely. Still fairly new to curly hair. I have learned sooooo much.
Could you please do a product review on the Q-Redew hair steamer. I am paralyzed and need your how-to videos to help my caregivers do my hair right. You guys help out so much with the videos that you do. I absolutely
Hello Mel from San Antonio TX. I'm loving my curls these days. I'm so glad I found you! I have learned alot since I've been watching you.
Can you do a review with Rizos curls?🙃
First offf I really am thankful for your channel and the sense of humor, i’ve been here since 2018/2019, since transitioning phase and you helped me pick up the best hair routine that I always get compliments on! As for the NYM curl talk this purple line didn’t really work for me as I’m a low porosity too, but definitely the pink line ‘flower and mango’ combing cream is worth try, it’s been my go to for years, light on hair smells good and doesn’t dry out or leave the hair weird after few days, I only find it in ulta though, but that’s my all time jam Also I mostly use it alone without gels, hope you get a chance to try it 🤍
I get my hair done at Ulta. My girl Elena is amazing!!! She always calls my hair “project hair” bc I’m constantly changing the colors.
"don't compare your hairball to mine"👍😂 priceless
I actually got a curly cut as ulta in San Antonio Tx and they did such a good job!!!
Could u imagine Mell and Amanda's face if we get this premiere to 1000 thumbs ups before it starts
LETTTSSS GOOO!!!
This is what dreaaaammmmss are made of
I definitely prefer the Twist line to the Ouidad line...
Waiting patiently for 4 hours 👀 👀👀
Gosh I got so excited forgot it’s only Monday 🥺
@@heavenglow if only everyday were texture Tuesday 😂❤️
I appreciate the dedication regardless 🤣♥️
PREACH
I would love to know your thoughts on the new lus gel
Hey Mell, could you review different hair dryers/diffusers that are good for wavy/curly/coily hair that aren’t the Dyson? More affordable ones?
My hair is pretty healthy and I was wondering if I should use bond building treatments and if so how often? Also thanks for the great content! I think I will definitely buy that gel!
First time I've ever been able to watch a premiere live. Good chatting with everyone!
To answer the question about beauty stores, I don't go to any. I get stuff from the drugstore. I'm a university student so don't want to spend a bunch on products (although as a guy I have fewer things to spend on so could probably afford some nicer things).
Can't wait!!
Love your videos!! You’re the only one I trust with reviews. I was wondering if you Could you do a review of the new curlsmith diffuser, would it be worth the buy? & a review of the miracle shield spray??
It makes me so happy whenever you post a new video
your comment makes me so happy
You can get Kristen Ess at target here in the States. I’ve never tried it. But curl talk - the whole line dries out my hair. And the Ouidad gel is my very favorite gel and the only gel I will use.😍 I live in a very humid climate and my hair is very fine.
OMG, same! The curl tuck line dried out my hair. And for some reason, it gave me hair loss? Anyone else?
For me Twist is hit and miss, where as ouidad usually is great for me 😂 shows you how different everyone’s hairs are ♥️
Yes! The US does have Dairy Queen lol I'm upset a place I moved to closed the local one down so I have to drive a bit to get to one :(
Thank you for your videos. Because of you I have discovered my curls and now know how to take care of them. My box dye (9.5 NB) made my hair almost flat
I LOVEEEEEE this color on you. Love the routine. Your curls always pop, even with all the extreme hold. 👩🏻🦱
Girl, that’s MY Ulta! (For shopping, not that I work there). Bummed I missed you but YOU GO GIRL! Proud of you!
The Ouidad climate gel that you got in a travel size is FIRE. Don’t let the liquidy consistency fool you, I love it for when I travel to humid places. It gives flexible hold and definition and shine without feeling heavy. It’s great! I wanna try that clarifying Kristen Ess shampoo after seeing that packaging 👀 whoever picked it did great 😅
I love the Kristen Ess clarifying shampoo! My hair always feels suuuuper squeaky clean when I use it. It’s my fav clarifier.
I'd love to see you and seester review the Curlsmith diffuser.
I LOVE Kristin Ess clarifying shampoo! It removed ALL THE BUILDUP! It’s definitely my fave!❤️
Does it leave your hair dry or is it moisturizing?
I wish Ulta came here!! The store looks amazing
Lanza is coming out with a line of curly products in June! I love watching your video's, learned so much!
Hi Mell, thank you so so much for your amazing videos, you always come up with new great ideas! :-)
I have a question for you:
When I apply my products (leave-in conditioner+gel or mousse), I can only do it on soaking wet hair, otherwise I always get frizzy results!
Again another helpful video❤️❤️ thank you and enjoy italy!!
The not your mothers products have actually helped my waves SO MUCH- the cream leaves my hair so defined and shiny- even though I need a lot of it because I have A LOT of hair- their gel is also amazing and their bond mask leaves my hair so soft and shiny, my hair loves the proteins
Thanks Mel for your honest reviews. Can you please use and review Lus Brands?
It is definitely a hit or miss with NYM's curl talk line for me and I agree with you on the gel, BUT I have been using their shampoos and conditioners in the naturals line and my hair LOVES those products. Especially the Royal Honey & Kalahari Desert Melon Repair & Nourish conditioner/leave-in, they are my staple products and I love how affordable they are. It would be great to see you try them out and hear your opinion on NYM naturals if you're able and haven't made a video already! :)
Great video!
Scalp cleansing oil? What? Waiting on that video- I’m curious!
Happy texture Tuesday! Glad you had a great time in NYC and that you finally got to experience Ulta. Oh and we only have dairy queen on Long Island but I don’t think we have it in the city.
There’s like 1 Dairy Queen in the city - 14th & 6th! LOL
Lol, I love your freak out about us possibly not having Dairy Queen, I seriously cracked up real loud and hard. I am glad to know that y’all have DQ in Canada
Girl you can get Kristen Ess products at some Shoppers Drug Mart locations!!! at least in ontario ❤️
I feel the same way about Twist vs Ouidad! I like the Twist products much more, and I know I've raved about them in the comments before, but my whole family loves their stuff! We can share products and the scents are unisex, they do what they say they're going to do, and they don't build up like crazy.
Do you use the ouidad co wash?? I bought it and am lost on using it lol plus lowkey nervous of it being good lmao
Your comment makes me so happy!! I love twist for many of the same reasons ♥️♥️
@@cassierussell6281 I've never had luck with cowashing, I'm too oily lol. But my son uses the twist 4-in-1 as a cowash during the winter and loves it!
@@ManesByMell I recommend your channel to everyone who asks me about my curls lol, I never would've gotten through without your videos!
