Can't wait for my Elite to arrive. Thanks Mitz for the great video. I wish I had gotten a picture with you and Leighton out front at WBC. I'm kicking myself for not taking more pictures.
Ya I’m going through heavy withdrawals ! Lol. And of course the approximate delivery of mine is the week of June 6th ( ordered in January). I just had to have surgery on my foot so I am behind the 8 ball. Need to get the table built and wiring some 20 amp circuit outlets around the garage….procrastination was my enemy!!! But I have a friend who is going to help me move along quickly. But I’m sure I’ll be staring at unopened boxes for a week or two!!! 😣!!!!
Hello, I know you have had your elite series for a while now. I’d like to know if you can help me. I ordered the elite journeyman and the pwn spindle kit. I know I wire the vfd directly to the Masso but how about the dust collector? Do I just plug it into the onefinity control box? And if so will it turn on automatically? Thanks Chris
Hi Chris. The dust collector would plug into the corresponding plug on the back of the power supply. You would turn the switch on at the dc and let the relay on the power supply turn it on and off for job run.
how do you load something to thumb drive and then to machine? I just got my foreman set up( first cnc) and did elite test cut but cannot figure out how to add something else. Any help, please.
Yea it would be the same depth. Turning it over allows you to probe z in any location on the material. Not flipping it over requires that the probe is sitting on a corner.
Thank you for this video - I think you will get me going. I have a question on the G-code file - where did it come from? Is it a 3D CAD program for the "model" and how was it processed to result in the G-code file?
Hi Neil. The g code is processed when you save your toolpaths in your design software. You have to select the post processor the first time you go to save the toolpath. Just be sure to select Onefinity Elite (for Elite series machines) or Onefinity-BB (for original series machines).
Great video and nicely explained the process 😉
I’m going to fallow this video to change my homing speed as well thanks for shearing
Have the Journeyman with the stock controller from 2021. Very interested in the new advancements . Will be looking forward to the path to upgrade.
I can't wait for mine! awesome video Mitz
Very nice instructional Masso video.
You slightly touched the homing error. Please advise when this important video will be available.

Thanks for this buddy

Send me a message in FB Messenger?
Why do you turn the probe onto its back for the z probe setting. With you calibrating it wouldnt the depth be the same?
Yea it would be the same depth. Turning it over allows you to probe z in any location on the material. Not flipping it over requires that the probe is sitting on a corner.
First time I’ve seen this
