I felt like a little child trying to catch up with the adults. Knew this was above my current level but it looked so fun, in that twisted way! I made my own modifications, and I am feeling good. Thanks for always rocking the creativity! Your form is impeccable!
I think it's the hardest thing I've ever seen. My TRX were broken, and the new ones are only in three day. So i have the time to get ready for this AMRAP😅. I'll try

This one works the entire body, and if you add the dumbbell exercises, it gets really challenging. Just remember to warm up properly before starting.
