Especially appreciate the knee friendly workouts as that helped my mom workout prior to her knee replacement. I do have a question to ask if i am using your workouts from youtube how many videos do you recommend i do daily? Also can you guys give dumbell amounts you use in the description for those of us who want to challenge ourselves. Thsnks in advance and keep up the impeccable routines

I'd start with the lowest amount you handle, even if it's 3, 5, or 8 lbs. Then increase to 10, 15, or 20 lbs, as you are able.

Hiya, For this workout I used 7.5kg and 5kg dumbbells.
Great 20 min work out without too many crazy moves. Would love to hear a brief intro so it’s a bit more personal.
