    Love your workouts so much. My mom and i have been doing them for quite sometime very effective. Especially appreciate the knee friendly workouts as that helped my mom workout prior to her knee replacement. I do have a question to ask if i am using your workouts from youtube how many videos do you recommend i do daily? Also can you guys give dumbell amounts you use in the description for those of us who want to challenge ourselves. Thsnks in advance and keep up the impeccable routines

      I'd start with the lowest amount you handle, even if it's 3, 5, or 8 lbs. Then increase to 10, 15, or 20 lbs, as you are able.

    I love all your workouts, is there a way for me to search newer workouts that are easy on the knees? Or minimal squats? I'd love to see modifications on the squats if possible. Your videos have made working out with dumbbells less intimidating ❤❤

    Hay resultados si hago cada dia un video diferente de cuerpo completo con pesas dejando 1 o 2 dias de descanso a la semana?es efectivo hacer videos diferentes o hay que hacer uno varias veces a la semana y luego cambiar?
