    I absolutely love this theme! I'm glad we're doing three supersets during our workout sessions - and finishers are an added bonus!

    Day 10 done!! Was feeling lazy today but couldn't skip the workout! This one felt truly AMAZING, just the right amount of difficulty for me and the finisher was just awesome! This program truly set a tone for this new year and got me back into working out regularly and I love it, just after 2 weeks my body feels already so so much better! Thank u so much for sharing these with us Heather

    Olá Heather, esse novo programa está realmente desafiador, fiz outros programas seus, inclusive o 4.0 fiz 3 vezes no decorrer de 2024, mas esse programa está me levando ao limite...obrigada por isso ❤

    Ohhhh finishing day 10 strong👏👏!
    Used 7.5 kg, 10kg,20kg🎉🎉.
    I loved HR 2.0 and 4.0 but I think I’m loving 5.0 the most now. Every reps is a challenged.

    This workout is gold they say keeping it simple with the basic exercises provides the best results. Plus the added benefit of hiit.
