    On the day before completing this challenge I hope Heather is completely proud of herself for bringing together so many people from all around the world and contributing to all of us being healthier and happier in our lives. What an amazing community!

    This was a manageable workout for anyone feeling unmotivated. The tabata flew by (thanks in part to "supersetting" the exercises) and the mat portion was reminiscent of the "sideline" series in Pilates (with some extras of course). I added ankle weights to the second half, but if you're up for a challenge, I'd say you could wear them for the entire workout. One more day to go - can't wait to see what tomorrow has in store!     Just finished this and as I was doing it I thought ..I never could have done a workout like this 2 years ago. Since I started working out with you I have become more fit, stronger and happier.     24/03/2023 HR 3.0 DAY 59 Sweat Sesh Complete🎉 🎉 🎉 I added ankle weights for the entire workout ! Thank you Heather ❤! I still can’t believe it !!! Already almost finished this great program that made us spend the winter with you and the whole team in good mood and motivation to go all the way! For my part 6 amazing weeks !!!     So glad this one is in the books! I still need to pick up cardio from last week. Welp, I have done two-a-days one time this 3.0 cycle, today shall be the day because I want to close out this challenge tomorrow. #LETSGOTEAM!!! 3.24.2023!

    oh wow that was a crazy tabata! I've always been struggling with those side bridges, they were almost unbearable for me, today I managed to complete them without any breaks, still challenging, but it's a quite progress for me! Thank you, dear Heather!

    Loved this one. The tabata was super sweaty but over in a flash. I added 1 lb ankle weights; mini bands wouldn't have worked for all the reps & would have been hard to get on & off during 10 second rest breaks. Can't wait for day 60 tomorrow!

    Another great one for the abs and booty. I added 5 each ankle, which fired up the glutes. I can't wait to celebrate our accomplishments on day 60

    The change up between 20 seconds of exercise and increasing to 50 seconds was challenging, and different. 💖

    Congratulations 🎉 We just completed 12wk challenge. I have increased weight and have much more strength and endurance. We are so grateful for you. Monday I will redo my favs and new ones that are dropped on the calendar. Time to celebrate 🍾 our accomplishment 🎉🥳

    Love this and all your challenges - so Thank You! I know you have lower body modifications, but do you have any mods for the shoulder weight bearing exercises?? Sometimes I have to stop due to shoulder pain and would love to see an alternative.

    Great routine! I thpuhjt my hips were going to fall off at the joint during the static hold part on the mat … but I made it through all static holds. Hip joints did not fall apart 😉. Is there a reason this hurts me at the joints? This pain happens sometimes when descending heights from higher walks in the foothills also… ❤❤❤
