This was a manageable workout for anyone feeling unmotivated. The tabata flew by (thanks in part to "supersetting" the exercises) and the mat portion was reminiscent of the "sideline" series in Pilates (with some extras of course). I added ankle weights to the second half, but if you're up for a challenge, I'd say you could wear them for the entire workout. One more day to go - can't wait to see what tomorrow has in store! Already almost finished this great program that made us spend the winter with you and the whole team in good mood and motivation to go all the way! For my part 6 amazing weeks !!! oh wow that was a crazy tabata! I've always been struggling with those side bridges, they were almost unbearable for me, today I managed to complete them without any breaks, still challenging, but it's a quite progress for me! Thank you, dear Heather!
Loved this one. The tabata was super sweaty but over in a flash. I added 1 lb ankle weights; mini bands wouldn't have worked for all the reps & would have been hard to get on & off during 10 second rest breaks. Can't wait for day 60 tomorrow!

Love this and all your challenges - so Thank You! I know you have lower body modifications, but do you have any mods for the shoulder weight bearing exercises?? Sometimes I have to stop due to shoulder pain and would love to see an alternative.

Great routine! I thpuhjt my hips were going to fall off at the joint during the static hold part on the mat … but I made it through all static holds. Hip joints did not fall apart 😉. Is there a reason this hurts me at the joints? This pain happens sometimes when descending heights from higher walks in the foothills also… ❤❤❤
