Mr. Lohman. I don't think there is a more talented craftsman on You Tube than yourself. You are the reason I have dropped 33 years of automotive repair to pursue woodworking. So I wanted to thank you for giving me the inspiration. Have a great holiday. Robert Ray
Mr Loman you amaze me I will never be able to do these things you do. I am not a Turner and I am an old lady of 72, when I watch you work these plans out and use maths a lot, I realise I would not have been able because I was useless in maths at school. I am watching these videos now for the second time and you still amaze me. Thank you they are all stunning.
Hello Tom as usual the bowl you made is stunning. When I look at the picture of the bowl before you start working I always think how on earth you are going to do it. As always you do stunning work. Thank you it is stunning work.
Absolutely amazing. I will have to watch this a few more times to fully understand what you did. I'm lost at this point but I'm sure it will come clear somewhere down the line. You are a master. I'm in awe.
This is a incredible design and fantastic. Is there some were i can get a cutting list and the pattern you was using. if so I would be very much appreciated. Thanks for any help Kim

Tom it's funny, through somebody's eyes your work is superb! Through your eyes all you can see are the inconsistencies and errors. We are our own worst enemies!!! Tom, perfection is never reached, especially with the machinery we have at our disposal! Look at ways and means to change things but don't eat yourself up inside with impossible solutions. Be grateful for the gifts that have been bestowed upon us. You are very gifted, and we are blessed that you pass on these talents! Cheers, Sean
Very nice piece! Thank you for taking the time to detail the entire process, this is definitely something I want to try. Like, share and sub for you today. Cheers, Gord
Makes a change to see the design and build up rather than the turning. Design and build up are probably more important than turning, we all get a fair share of turning experience.
WOW, that is an amazing bowl, Well done it looks great, don't be to critical of your own work Good advice i got from #Steve Ramsey. If you don't point out the flaws in your work others will not see them.

Dear Tom, Despite the alignment issues you point out, that is a gorgeous piece. I'm no turner, but this tempts me to take it up.
Wonderful, great design and execution!!!

I believe the preliminary work (The design of the pattern) has lasted the longest.

I very much appreciate the risky attempt to reduce the thicknesses as much as possible. Congratulations.

Another great looking design Tom, despite your misgivings about the alignment :)
Hello some extraordinary works, you could tell me how many square meters your workshop has Thanks
Not nearly enough square meters, my shop is 26.75 square meters small
muito bem feito barabens
Liked & Subscribed! Cheers, man, that was fantastic!
Great artwork
I aspire to get that good. Nice job!
What did you do between 4:21, where things clearly don't line up and 4:31 where they do?
I started again and made a new one.
OK Tom, I'm glad I'm not the only one who has to do that. Really thought you had a trick I was missing. Thanks for the video.
Excellent...!
Cheers...

Is their a job "just making boards"?

Parabéns Tom 👏👏👏🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
He must buy all clamps in the world :D
Nice work
Can you get enough for the bowl money to pay for all that work? WOW! Nice.
Masterful.

This wood embority no doubt this is beautiful work only israeli rich people can buy this mr. lohman am i right
I don't think you need to be rich to buy it. I am doing my last demo on this piece in October after that I would sell it for $500.
That is a museum pice.
Art, mathématiques, tournage ...il faut être polyvalent.

Speechless …
Wow ! Wow ! Wow !…
Cool
das sieht super aus wie kann man sich diesen plan selber machen oder brauch man dafür ein programm für die zeichnung
Das gesamte Design wird mit Bleistift und Papier ausgeführt. Es war kein Computer beteiligt.

How do I get plans
I dunno' ... think maybe you need more clamps ... :-)
wow
I was all in until he said your mistakes are amplified by 1.41 square root of 2. That’s beyond my level of engineering so can I just get a kit?
No kits are available, sorry.
