Im a woman and an alpha in my eyes has nothing to do with physical traits but emotional ones instead. An alpha has goals, works hard to achieve his goals, treats others fairly, shows respect, kindness, is disciplined, has morals and values, and is emotionally stable as an oak, and knows how to guide others emotionally as well. He knows how to admit he was wrong and learn from his mistakes while applying those lessons in the future. He also does not allow others to manipulate him. I can help you with the first part: the red pill movement works like a cult. When I was younger, I followed a couple of these groups. Let me specify; not because I was convinced but because I wanted to understand their mentality, in essence, Sun Tzu's "Know thine enemy". What I found shocking was the brutal way they would consistently beat down on their own members. There is a constant breaking down of people on every flaw that wasn't considered alpha. If your facial and cranial section wasn't good enough, too bad, you're too ugly to get a girl/wife. You will never be part of the top 10% of men, you are trash ect, keep on grinding no matter what, ect... Men and boys hurting were broken down and then fed a cocktail of hate, nationalism, racism, homophobia and especially sexism. It was jarring, because some men had serious concerns that needed addressing. The main thing I learned from set groups is how much they hate themselves yet aspire to be like the conmen beating down on them. You're either a leader or a weakling. Take what you want no matter what. It reinforces their social isolation. In the long run, it only makes their problems bigger.

I really hope an investigation into the Denver police was conducted. I can’t let go of the feeling that they let this happen after the numerous reports about Lynden. The fact that the signs were strong enough for the police to be contacted by a dude from a different continent means a lot. I truly believe this was preventable at so many stages (Lynden getting institutionalized earlier, Amazon vetting the books allowed on its platform so that he didn’t get his ego stoked, the Denver police actually documenting the reports and making an effort to contact the right police unit associated with Lynden’s location, etc.)

I dated someone similar, in college. He ended up having schizophrenia, became homeless, and lost everything- years after we dated. I sometimes fear he’ll find me, but last year he was arrested for stalking a mother and her daughter, thinking that the woman was Taylor Swift and that her daughter was their child together. I hope that he’s in prison or a mental institution where he can’t hurt anyone else. My report way back then hopefully helped to paint a picture when they took him in…. Because they sure as heck didn’t listen to me all those years ago. Police need to take these things much more seriously. They hurt innocent people, and let dangerous people walk free.

The mention of Chris Chan at 20:36 was so jarring but so accurate, especially with the 'visions/mission from God' thing. Now that you mention it, they do have a fair few similarities. Revenge fantasies with real names, delusions of grandeur, and usurping the main character - Chris even had a fixation on manliness for a while. Very interesting!

The sheer obsession to name and categorise everything and everyone is a nonsense. If people just mind their business, and try to compete against previous versions of themselves as they get better, doing mistakes and acknowledge and correct them, the world would be a better place.

I really hope an investigation into the Denver police was conducted. I can’t let go of the feeling that they let this happen after the numerous reports about Lynden. The fact that the signs were strong enough for the police to be contacted by a dude from a different continent means a lot. I truly believe this was preventable at so many stages (Lynden getting institutionalized earlier, Amazon vetting the books allowed on its platform so that he didn’t get his ego stoked, the Denver police actually documenting the reports and making an effort to contact the right police unit associated with Lynden’s location, etc.)

Packless wolves are called loners, not "sigmas", and just because an alpha has yet to start a pack doesn't magically make them any less dominant. If humans are going to address themselves with terms used to study wolves, then at least used them correctly.

The worst thing is authorities not following up on tips about threats. If they'd looked into the German guy's info it might never have come to this. He did all he could do to warn the authorities and they brushed it off instead of taking him seriously.

I know of a dude (and his gang) who is also doing terrible things and has threatened acts of terrorism against the UK, the US and Israel. Of course I told the police, here in the UK. For political reasons (the dude belongs to the most protected group here, ie a certain ideology) they refused to do anything. I tried several times. I can do no more. If he does anything, this is entirely on the British police. There are many more like him - police do nothing at all. And then we wonder why such incidents happen!
Most of the time, the perpetrator is known to the police - and has been reported many times - long before such incidents!
I hope the German man mentioned in this video realizes that this is not his fault, he reported that guy - it's on the police and the FBI that they did nothing.

Sigma is extremely rare, its only a new discovery in the medical field.
A sigma does not want to be noticed or cause problems, they are self taught and self sufficient. They will have a partner and protect them at all costs, not assault them.
A sigma will take orders from an alpha as they calculate. And they will definitely not call themselves a sigma..

I noticed he called himself an alpha male until he realized no one cared about him, then it was all about being a "lone wolf" sigma. Then as soon as people started reading his book and asking him on podcasts it was right back to alpha male language. So much coping.
