It is VERY rare if ever that a person suffering from Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy (MSP) is jealous of the person that they are caretaking for, most often a mother and her child, but rather they enjoy the attention that the illness of the person brings to them by default. When a caretaker is present during their ward's medical care they are quite often treated kindly and doted over by the medical staff and visitors. Many caretakers find that the more severe the illness of the ward the more praise & attention the caretaker gets and therefore they often lie about symptoms, alter tests (such as contaminating a urine sample), falsify medical records, or they may actually induce symptoms through various means, such as poisoning, suffocating, starving, and causing infection which is exactly what this mother intended when she injected feces. In the case of caretakers that are jealous of their ward there is nearly always mental, physical & verbal abuse most often leading to extreme mental distress all the way to murder of the ward. This is not the same as MSP, which I know you never stated that it was but rather people who replied to your comment did but I just wanted to clarify the difference.

Shivering sphincter spheres is now a part of my vocabulary; i can't unhear it and i can't stop saying it as rapidly as possible. Inspiration--that's what i get from this channel! Thank you Kyle/Dire Trip :)
I can't imagine what that boy went through locked in that room in the dark for all of his free time. No entertainment. No one there to talk to. Just your own voice and the feeling of your own hands on your body to pass the hours. The years.
The sixteen-year-old girl with autism deserves justice. I know that I mess up sometimes reading social ques myself due to also being on the spectrum myself despite being an adult, but that Policewoman was having a power trip over a minor. Even if said minor was drinking underage or not.
😮 You should definitely look into a therapist or something !? If you get that excited about the things you say "you love" you should maybe look into a head doctor, this shit is disturbing 😮
He didn't raise the concerns, the school did. Over and over again because the boy was hungry, dirty, bruised, missing school etc. look for it and you'll find plenty of deep dives on it. My two favorite people are Annie Elise and That Chapter, I'm sure at least one of them has done it, if not you're gonna love them anyway! ❤

I feel really bad for the autistic girl… As an autistic person that’s one of my biggest fears, being touched by someone I’m powerless against if I ever say or do the wrong thing. I live in America so at least there’s free speech here, but it’s still so scary that some police officers can snap and get away with doing things that could really damage someone’s sense of security.
NEVER go to the UK then. They arrest you for anything & EVERYTHING over there. Go watch the video of them arresting a military veteran for reposting the gay flag post. Someone figured out that if you take the gay flag & turn it on it's side 4 times it creates the swastika lol! That guy reposted that & someone called the Police & said they were offended. The Police went & arrested him & it's on film him asking why he's being arrested & the Police saying "You offended someone online". To which he replied that person offended him & he wants them arrested too then... To which nothing happened.
I mean, I don't know that it's a law, but they're expected to have a higher threshold of what is found to be offensive (based on when I was trained as a special constable some years back, anyways)

As someone on the autism spectrum myself, it clearly seems to me that the Yorkshire police were the actors, not the victims, in the abuse. The other cases are even crazier, especially the title case.
Ok the last two stories were pretty funny. The fact that the fake lawyer was actually good at what he did and the fact that a professional chess player used booty beads to cheat.
The case in Leeds doesn't surprise me, I was arrested under a mental health act in West Yorkshire and in the van between the police station and the mental home I slammed my head against the side of the van, they pulled over and one of the 'officers' opened the back door and hit me in the head and said no one would believe me cos I already had a massive lump on my head from falling about right foot onto cobbles.
Its always very interesting the parts of these style of video that gets the most comments. I love these anthology styled videos of smaller stories that havent been covered but are very interesting! Keep on keeping on my man.
I'm only just coming across this video now because for some reason something was subconsciously telling me not to watch. I watch your channel often and I sometimes play videos as background sound while I work on things. I saw the title at @5:08 and was like "that sounds familiar" until I heard her name and got chills. Thank you for mentioning her story. I still miss her a lot.
Leeds, a fine city where half my family is from and where i visited last year (I'm American, but my dad came here from England) It's a terrible blight on West Yorkshire as a whole to have such an obviously out of control, power tripping person as a police officer. The boy in the “office” is definitely a story big enough to be its own video. The abuse started in Arizona iirc with a similar structure built.
agree. the trial was all over the Law and Crime network. it was fabulous that the dad turned down the plea deal and then got a hefty sentence!! loved his facial expression!!
I was shocked to hear that the father of the adopted boy got a 2yr probation offer. I’m glad he declined it. Now he’s screwed
Can't overstate how glad i am you've won the battle & are back on the platform. I love these compilations & your deep dive into Elliot Rodgers was awesome - lots of nuance that's been left out of other coverage I've seen. Cheers Kyle, thanks for all your work 😊

Please tell me those cops that abused the autistic girl got their asses sued to high heaven...
yeah she likely literally meant what she said and used lesbian as to make a distinction between a different grandmother. if they can take this, they are just snowflakes.

parent uses the kids autism to excuse the lack of parenting and obvious negligence.
@@heiltotheking It’s so common, it’s horrifying. How many kids are silently living with that, either because they’re scared or because they think it’s normal?
Dude...ur channel has very quickly made its way into my top 3 favorites. I binged ur videos so much for awhile ur channel was almost the only channel UA-cam suggested. And ive binged other channels over the yrs. But it never narrowed down to 1 channel as much as it did yours...I just kept watching...lol
Same here! Dire Trip ftw. I also enjoy binging the Chilling Scares channel, he had a similar vibe in narration
The years.
Did the poop woman lose custody? Like people better be taking a good look to see if she may have Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy
it sure gave all those red flags of red flags.
Is there any cures for munchausen by proxy?
The sixteen-year-old girl with autism deserves justice. I know that I mess up sometimes reading social ques myself due to also being on the spectrum myself despite being an adult, but that Policewoman was having a power trip over a minor. Even if said minor was drinking underage or not.
Hey I love your vids and I'm so happy you're able to post again after UA-cam tried to shut you down. Keep up the good work!

😮 You should definitely look into a therapist or something !?
If you get that excited about the things you say "you love" you should maybe look into a head doctor, this shit is disturbing 😮
I notice the contractor waited until the job was complete (and presumably their bill settled) before raising concerns
Money is tight all around, and building that room wasn't illegal.
He said in an interview that he built it before telling the police so they would have more evidence
But the kid still ended up living in it.
"Shivering sphincter spheres" and "rectal rosary" are phrases that will never leave my mind 😂
I've just started long Wednesday work days so I can't sit down and enjoy, but I know this Trip will be dark, bizarre, possibly macabre and maybe even contain a darkly hilarious moment. Thanks Dire, you are so very appreciated!! 🙏🖤✌️

Same here.
Agree
"I live in America so at least there’s free speech here"
Good joke.
Skill issue honestly
Gotta love it when Kyle uploads a new video so I can listen to while I’m at work💯🤞🏻
It's a law to us brits that police officers are not allowed to take bad words offensive due to their job. Apparently
I mean, I don't know that it's a law, but they're expected to have a higher threshold of what is found to be offensive (based on when I was trained as a special constable some years back, anyways)
Every law is going wrong to be honest.
@@sjn4442 It's a law. Hate speech laws, specifically. It's disgusting. I'm so happy to live in the only country with the 1st Amendment and the 2nd Amendment.

Its crazy! I know the sister of the first one. The pain the family is going through. I couldn’t imagine
As someone on the autism spectrum myself, it clearly seems to me that the Yorkshire police were the actors, not the victims, in the abuse. The other cases are even crazier, especially the title case.
Barely got past the first headline and my eye is already twitching in anticipation of the headache these people are going to give me…. 🤦🏻♀️

I'm only just coming across this video now because for some reason something was subconsciously telling me not to watch. I watch your channel often and I sometimes play videos as background sound while I work on things. I saw the title at @5:08 and was like "that sounds familiar" until I heard her name and got chills. Leeds, a fine city where half my family is from and where i visited last year (I'm American, but my dad came here from England)
It's a terrible blight on West Yorkshire as a whole to have such an obviously out of control, power tripping person as a police officer. It was an unforgivable waste of public funds and officers' time, in addition to being a horrible thing to do to that poor girl obviously.
"Shivering sphincter spheres" just might be my new favorite phrase.
