    * Steel cut oats - 1/2 cup
    * Tur dal (split pigeon pea) - 1/2 cup
    * Ghee - 2 tsp
    * Rai - 1/2 tsp
    * Cumin (jeera) - 3/4 tsp
    * Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
    * Garlic - 1 tsp, finely chopped
    * Ginger - 1 tsp, finely chopped
    * Green chilly - 1, chopped
    * Few curry leaves
    * Pinch of hing
    * Onion - 1, medium size
    * Capsicum - 1/4 cup, chopped
    * Green peas - 1/4 cup
    * Carrot - 1/4 cup, chopped
    * Cauliflower - 3/4 cup
    * Spinach (palak) - 1 cup, chopped
    * Tomato - 1/4 cup, chopped
    * Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
    * Water - 3 cup
    * Salt - 3/4 tsp
    * Coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp, finely chopped
    * Lemon juice -1 tsp

    Why use aluminium cooker. Not good for health
