Mobility Routine for Every Day and Every Joint! (Full Body CARS)

  • Follow along full body controlled articular rotations (CARs) for joint health and mobility based on Functional Range Conditioning (FRC, Kinstretch). Do this every morning and in addition any time throughout the day to move all the joints in their full end range. Amazing for older folks who do not have a regular movement practice, for example your parents or even grand parents. Always do CARs of the specific joint before doing mobility training!

    Thank you so much! I've been working through your mobility playlist, and I'd love to throw in a request to add in hand/finger exercises as you build out your mobility content. One of my hands is significantly tighter due to computer mousing, and I bet I'm not the only one. Thank you!

    There are so many do this every day yoga and stretching practices in UA-cam. Way more than 24 hours put together. I would like to see ultimate do this every day video that combines all the essential ones together.

      This is for you to decide which ones make you feel good and help you. We cannot do this work for you and provide you a shortcut not generalize it. You have to put in the work yourself and plan your own day and week. This also changes as life goes on and your body has different needs as well as your mind and emotions. This is one routine you should absolutely do every day for the rest of your life. That’s five minutes if you do it in your own pace. It is true that if you’re serious about self care you will need to invest 2-3 hours at least daily into yourself.

      first of all, thanks for enjoying our free content. thank you for the request of more videos and even a separate channel. this channel is a full time job, it is not that easy to simply add another one. we are not certified in kids yoga and therefore won't teach it any time soon. it's important to seek a certified kids teacher that knows about the developmental stages and appropriate methods to teach the ideas and systems.

    I think this is good precaution way to getting rid of pain in any joint. Anyways, thank you for this, maybe I will actually get back to training BJJ🥲
