Take the time to slow down after your training to shift into and activate a relaxed & digest state of the nervous system - the parasympathetic state. Do this after every training in a quiet spot. I do this every week post run. Leaves me well stretched and relaxed. Reminders to breath and calm the body have a holistic effect. Super effective for a short session. 🙏

Perfect timing! Just finished a 20 mi gravel trail cycle. Hands & upper body aero position , peddling 85 rpm. This mindful stretch lowered the nervous system to “street” level. Right on!
Good shit I do 85 rpm on the station running thing and then push to 100 after 30 seconds and then back down to 85 and so on for 5 min and I’m dead .. keeping a constant pace at 85 rpm for 20mi is hard work ! Respect
This actually made me sleepy....and I mean that as the highest complement 🙏 So relaxing. I just finished my first rebounder workout, after switching to that as a lower impact option for my knees, following 2 pretty serious wrecks and childbirth. This routine was the perfect cool down as I ease my way back into working out. Much appreciated ☀️

I work as a climbing arborist and on the weekends I love to rock climb. I was feeling incredibly sore since this past weekend and immediately after following this once my soreness is nearly gone. I feel great! I’ll be following this routine every day after work and after my climbs now.

This is a great post-workout cool down but if you haven't done a workout right before it, it makes for a very relaxing quick stretch for when you're short on time.

It is my only second day doing this class post-workout. I really felt intense during my workouts and honestly I wanna say that this streach session is little more towards satisfying for me than just doing a post workout streach. I started a 30 day workout challenge which has been pretty strenuous. Unfortunately, no stretching afterwards. SO THANKFUL I stumbled upon this video on your channel. I feel great and will continue to use it after every workout going forward!
