Thanks for sharing the install! If you like the Monster-Ram, Boost Tube Upgrade, and Monster-Exhaust, you'll love the PedalMonster and iDash with our new Stealth Pod that mounts to your factory A-pillar!
I also recommend the Pedal Monster. Now if Banks would just get the damn Derringer on the market for the 6.7 Cummins. Come on @bankspower, the Derringer has been "coming soon" for the last 2+ years. No more excuses, lets get it done!
@Banker Offsets Garage they don't mention that the restriction is the cylinder head though. Cool it flows the most but the cylinder head can't accommodate all that air 😂
Banks has zero data for ram intake in term of how much horse power it adds. Why? Because it adds zero ? You would think he would back it up with numbers for power
Other than the intake, im beginning to think banks is a scam… I find it funny that he talks up emissions like they’re so great but when he builds motors they have 0 emissions on them
Caleb, if we could sell engines to the general public with no emissions equipment, we would. Unfortunately, it's illegal. Currently, we sell complete engines for military use only. The engines can be found in all JLTVs, as well as various tracked, wheeled and off-shore vehicles. We do not make the decision to design and build engines with or without emissions equipment. The U.S. Gov't sets emissions output standards for defense engines. Currently, it appears that after-treatment systems are viewed by our government as a potential point of failure that could put a soldier's life in jeopardy. Of course, if they mandate aftertreatment systems, we will build engines accordingly.
BANKS would beg to differ.. obviously deleted trucks make more power but theres always room for improvement to the factory parts and this exhaust achieves that. It's minimal, but it helps!
@@bankeroffsetsgarage9814 I just can’t see it. You are limited by the DPF and SCR no matter what. Banks makes some killer products but some are questionable like this.
@@CatRichardBojangles Contrary to popular belief, you can indeed improve power by reducing backpressure after the DPF. First, the DPF is not as restrictive as people are led to believe on the internet. DPFs have come a long way since they debuted in the early 2000s. Second, let's look at the exhaust system as multiple drinking straws. We've all tried to breathe through a drinking straw. Although hard, it is possible. Now add a second straw thereby doubling its length. It gets harder to breathe through. Then add a third. Now it's almost impossible to breathe through. But what if those straws each progressively got larger in diameter so the third straw was three inches wide. You'd be able to breathe through them. Why? Reduced backpressure. Enlarging the straws effectively makes them act as if they were shorter. That's what the Monster-Exhaust does. By reducing backpressure at the tip of the exhaust, less energy is used by the crankshaft to expel exhaust gas during the exhaust stroke. That means more power from the power stroke can make it to the wheels. Remember, only one stroke makes power. All other strokes use power. If you reduce the amount of parasitic horsepower loss on the exhaust stroke, you liberate power that can now be put to the wheels.
Your reading to much into it. Are you surprised a so called UA-cam personality just says whatever he wants depending on the crowd or subject matter. He hardly knows what he is talking about

Save some money, many great parts out there that will give you the same seat of the pants performance (if you can even feel it) without soaking your wallet. But hey...coolness is expensive. Right? It's your money...why not give it to Banks. LOL.
Has anyone gotten the p0402 code? I installed the Bank's CAI, boost tubes, and the Monster ram horn elbow and now I'm getting this code since the install.
I have a 2020 Ram, I live in NC. Would you recommend getting the monster ram replaced regardless the weather temperature? Also, if I install the monster ram, do I have to upgrade the boost tube or that is optional? My truck only have 48K and still with warranty. If I do any of those upgrades, will that affect the warranty? Just asking. Thanks!

All those parts and you can kinda hear the turbo 😂
Yeah can’t wait till I get my intake out of the mail truck and would love to have the rest of your stuff
Lol that soot falling out all over like this is going to save his truck 😆
Before and after dyno videos would be perfect. There are very few for any trucks and I always am looking to see how much these actually improve trucks

I would be skeptical of any gain over 20hp without tuning.
@npp3cc - Your statement about the cylinder head is backed up by what information? Do you have a flow bench?
love the sticker that said "BIG ASS FILTER" lol
My 2017 just turned 120k ordering the monster ram and grid heater delete in the next couple of months.
That is the best money you will spend! My buddy almost lost his engine with 60k miles on it due to that nut.
Have fun with the back injector lines. Let us know if you feel or see any difference whatsoever.
SUPER SCOOP!!! 😂 love it was binging teh LBZ builds. and then youtube sent me this.
I run mine without the the plastic cover over my filter and I get way more turbo noise and it runs the same as with the cover
Love how you say this little 6 cylinder 😂
If you really wanna bulletproof it, just delete and tune it
You mean do a after treatment rebuild right 😉
How much did all that set you back?
Yesterday I saw one of yall builds here in minnesota looks great would have gotten a picture but was in a hurry
I seen few videos b4 and after on cold air intake and they said they didn't notice a crap,,
Why do you think banks website does not have any numbers for horse power gains?
I have an 08 and the intake ram raises the dipstick to make contact with the hood is there a remedy for this?
Just need the banks intercooler and your styling
Hey what should I do to my LOL dermax it is bone sock it just a straight pipe cats tell me what I can do please thank you I would appreciate it
About how much did this combo set ya back? Been interested in making my 5th gen more efficient as well as a bit more pep! Thanks
Can't wait for you guys to put out a video on the recent truck wheel coming off on highway that launched that Kia.....
Hmmmm...
@CustomOffsetsTV maybe reiterate the video on use of proper wheel spacers or what may cause this sort of major problem lol
How many watts does the Banks heater put out vs the stock Ram grid heater and is it enough to start your Ram in -40 F?
I live in canada, will the banks heater start the truck in -30C?
Absolutely not
track barely starts with stock grid heater at those temps lol@@repairvehicle

To do this setup did you have to do any tuning?
