Costs $6100 to delete with trans tuning on my ‘22. Add $1000 for motor studs, $1000 for lift pump, $500 for more air. You won’t get 500whp without deleting.
So how much would a 4th gen with a bigger fleece cheetah, some 40% overs , head studs , springs and pushrods, air intake, straight 5” turbo back exhaust, stage 2 750 hp tier one trans, Mishimoto trans cooler ,fass 165 , a 12 mm stroker pump , tuning , on3 intercooler and piping and intake horn make? Is Aisin the same from a power handling standpoint? Just curious.. Torque is discussed all over the Internet, but not a lot of documentation saying it’s better at handling power!

@@Trenace3cc thanks! Still sorting the difference in benchmarks lol. Wasn’t sure if the Aisin’s torque rating increase translated to better power handling.
@8020Media you made no reference to the manuals, so for me, it was fairly useless on that front. I can't answer for the other guy. There is no programmer for a manual transmission, so that's a moot point.
For manual transmission, match your clutch and pressure plate system to the power level you are looking for. I have a Southbend Street single in my 2008 3500 megacab. 4 inch Full emissions delete, mild tune, CAI system.
Where are you getting your prices?? 5 inch turbo back mbrp is $450. S&b cold air intake is $350. And programmers can be purchased for as little as $400
Smarty is trash and no trans tune will save your 68 ones you had any power and intake in a %100 worthless under 600hp haha listen to guy you will waste money and need a 12k transmission
I can't comprehend what you are saying here - but an intake is not "100% worthless" and running a modest tune isn't going to kill the transmission like you are suggesting
385 hp and 930 torque from factory on a 2018 3500 wa 68rfe

L - You certainly can get it without deleting. However, everything you mentioned will make it much more reliable!
THE 420 HP CUMMINS HAS THE AISIN TRANSMISSION AS STANDARD TRANS NOT THE OTHER TRANS
When did they put those in
D - Thanks for the insight.
Yup...I have the Aisin transmission. You can always tell by where the transmission fluid dipstick is

The aisin handles much more, I'm at 630hp on my aisin with calibrated powers tcm tuning. It's been reliable since I bought it new

I have the Aisine transmission what HP and torque can that transmission handle?
Cp4 version should have been all recalled and cp3 installed? Someone correct me if I’m wrong
T - This is correct.
what about us G56 owners? I chose the manual from my 1st gens death of the auto.

This guy makes zero sense lmao

2k buys nothing for one of these trucks lol

Delete pipes are $180 5in turbo back $500 tuner $450 used $800 new just say you haven’t done research
