I'm 60 and in really good shape. I've found I really need a protein-rich breakfast in the morning, and two scrambled eggs with a little shredded sharp cheddar will take me through a workout. I'm really not hungry in the afternoon - just a salad with some protein and some fruit will do. I like a protein-rich dinner with vegetables. Because of the protein, I seem to have lost my sweet-tooth; however, I do like a slice of cranberry-orange-walnut quick bread!
Omg. I think you are my twin. I have been supplementing with AG1 for about 2 yrs now and I find that it really does help with my energy. I take a couple other supplements as well and one was something you suggested which is berberine because a year ago when I had bloodwork done and was shocked because my cholesterol and sugar levels were both slightly elevated (I think my sugar was 96 and cholesterol 208) and my Dr asked me if I wanted to start taking cholesterol medicine and that it was my call and I said absolutely not but I really looked at what I was eating because I never buy cookies or cake or anything like that but I realized that every morning after drinking a glass of water and the AG1 I was starting my day with a caramel latte. I cut that out which was honestly really hard but after about 2 weeks it was fine and once in a while - I too live in Florida and last week we had 2 really cold days. Well for Florida it was cold - I think the low as 57 but I met some friends in the late afternoon at this coffee shop and they had all these fancy latte’s so I wound up ordering a crème brûlée latte and it was almost too sweet. But I did get my yearly bloodwork last week and I’m happy to say everything is now in the normal range. I also started trying to up my protein and I found this one yogurt brand at Publix called Ratio and it has 28 grams of protein per serving but they only have (at Least at my Publix) 2 varieties which are both flavored and the one I’ve been buying is vanilla but it only has 4 grams of sugar per serving which I don’t think is too bad. Oh and tomatoes - you have to try - they have this one brand of grape tomatoes at Publix called sugar bombs. They are fire🔥
Hi Tracy! Loved your video. I'm all about healthy eating, so I enjoyed this very much. I've been on AG1 since Christmas, which was introduced to me by one of my son's who is also into healthy eating habits and always looking for new finds. Thank you ❤
Great video! As a previous commenter mentioned, I'm happy to see you eat some pasta too. Carbs are villainized quite a bit. I go much lower than I used to, but felt terrible when I cut out starches altogether. We, too, started our twin daughters on the same food we were eating (preparing them something different in addition wasnt something I was willing to do) and they are the easiest eaters now. I'm grateful and realize this isnt always the case. And I'm of southern Italian descent as well....no tripe for me!

That was nice and refreshing! One advice if I may - do not use microwave. For any thing. Its an anti health device that jeopardizes all your health oriented efforts.
I am laughing Tracy! That was hilarious! ❤❤❤❤ I have eggs either soft or scrambled with olive oil (we live surrounded by delicious olive oils here) and sometimes add an avocado. Lunch is usually a choice of fresh cooked vegetables (I cannot digest raw-any vegetable really other than certain ones… I won’t bore you with this) sometimes a lean meat like chicken or salmon, and maybe a semi-green banana with Greek yogurt (better for the body!) or blackberries when fresh. Dinner is a light endive or chicory salade with olive oil, or something similar. xx

The Ag1 hurt my stomach. It was a good week if I recall before the pain went away. Their website says to start small. So I gave it another try and used smaller servings and that helped. If you give it another try, go slow.

I like your videos and they way you present your content but... from what I see in this video... its an extremely calorie reduced nutrition. Healthy- definitely... good for ones figure-definitely... but: "I eat everything" just misleads to the assumption that you eat a nice slice of bread with a topping, cheese, pizza, home cooked food like normal people use to cook. Not like: yes-very healthy but yes VERY low in calories food.
I’d argue that isn’t true. I’m a certified health coach and sadly the standard American diet is 💩. I do eat healthy and as I mentioned try to eat best quality.

I eat one hard boiled egg a day too. At 65, I eat meat maybe 2 times a month. I get my protein from beans. I love pesto too.
