Thank you!!! I’m 49, will be 50 in June and I have ALL of these issues!! 😢 I just went to see my obgyn, primary care physician and my dermatologist. I’m doing pretty good except for my weight gain around my middle especially and all over 😢 And I feel tired 😴 and I HAVE to get on an exercise plan. I still get my period. And I can’t believe you talked about waking up in the middle of the night?! It happens to me all the time?! I need to eat better and exercise are my 2 most important things to get done. I love your channel!! Thank you!!🙏 ❤
HRT is life changing. Had premenopause at 40 and have been on them ever since. I am now 57. Is there a video about thyroid health? I have hashimotos and am also on Armour meds.
This is so true. I wish I had seen this years ago to anticipate peri menopause. Thank you. Yes to an update on your HRT please. I love that lipstick colour too.
I’m on keto diet and still have dreaded meno belly. Getting thyroid panel done on Friday. I’m over spinning my wheels in the gym and going no where. I’m already on estrogen, progesterone, testosterone. Wouldn’t be able to function without it!🎉
Indeed, our lifestyle choices play a vital role in our health, but it's equally important to be mindful of what we allow into our bodies. Take the time to research thoroughly and make informed decisions-don’t simply follow recommendations from health officials without question ... your well-being deserves your discernment.
I take Armour but YES to an updated one! I’ve only been in my new medication for about a month and I’d like a good three to really report back! Stay tuned!! 🙌❤️
@@TracyCampoli Simon liothyronine (t3) but it dropped my Ft4 to nearly zero. I was curious to try Armour or another form of dessicated thyroid. How would someone switch from t3 based med to something like Armour? I'd likely still need liothyronine bc my main issue originally was low t3. My doctor is very ignorant of this stuff, so I've been trying to do my own research, but it's been confusing! If u have any insight or resources u can direct me to, I'd greatly appreciate it!
Love all your content and thank you very much for sharing these important topics that we experience at our age. I love your turtleneck sweater, can you tell me where you got that? Thks and can’t wait for your next video 🙏❤️

Hormonal changes are unavoidable even with a healthy diet, and exercise its natural. This video was made to inform and help women avoid the struggles and dangerous effects. I’ve been a trainer over 25 years and I also struggled in my 40’s with symptoms, and of course go to your dr!! I’m so glad we agree! 🙌💋
