As a really impatient person and expect everything to happen in a flash this has done really well for me. I’m not sure if I have to change my diet to but I think doing only the exercise is enough for people who really have ZERO motivation and is struggling but of course not for the people at THAT struggling

But my stomach is already flat because I'm doing some exercise too but there's no curve, I want to tone my stomach that's why I'm here in this video so basically I have a flat stomach and what I'm doing here to to just toned it and yes i can see the difference. (i just say that i have a flat stomach because others might do it when there stomach is still not that flat and not losing fat, because I think it will not work on them.)

So for people who try to find a good uptade that here, when i found this workout i had a flat belly but no hourglass so i decided to ONLY use this workout who was a mistake. if you want to tone up your body keep doing workout for hourglass and flat belly. Anyway i really like this workout like in the night before go sleep because that help me sleep and stretch but we see result too. I see result in like 4-5 days but if you want tone up your body do it for 14 days or more. I do this Workout every day and that still help. If you want to lose weight that won’t help you i don’t lose weigth with that but that tone your body. That all! Hope that help you ❤
