I am so glad I found you. I love the idea of butter in deviled eggs that’s just like eating a fat bomb. I love it! I am definitely a new subscriber you take care and thank you again. See you soon. !!!
You’re so very easy to watch…you had me at Autoimmune as I, too, suffer with RA. Thanks for the effort you put into this. I’ll subscribe and follow for your upcoming Carnivore videos. Thank you. Doug
This is such a great video, the ideas are different from eachother and all simple easy to make. I have had a hard time finding good snacks for the carnivor diet that are easy and quick when i need to make it to my next meal. Thakk you so much!
Awesome ! Just found this video on my trawl through nutritional videos, on the hunt for interesting advice, as I have recently changed my diet. I am by no means eating a strictly carnivore diet, but I am eating a low carb diet now. This video was really good, I like you mentioned Kabanos ! I used to work with a polish guy who literally ate Kabanos with his lunch every day ! .... I will be purchasing some on my way home from work very soon ! Thanks again.
Oh my goodness, I LOVE kabanos, yet had not thought to put them in the air fryer~ brilliant! I suppose because it's already cooked, so my brain didn't go there~ so happy yours did though =) I also never thought to use butter to mix up yolk for deviled eggs, & it's so smart~ actually, all of these ideas are really helpful Sylvia, so Thank You🌼 It's nice to have some variety on carnivore, & you clearly thought these out well. Good textures & visual aesthetics as well. Happy to find your channel today~ Samantha Sandusky/AZ/USA
Great ideas for carni snacks! 1:48 FYI: The "uncured" meats typically use celery powder, which is high in nitrates, so that they can legally say "no nitrates or nitrites *added*." OTOH, if it's not bothering you, it might be a sign that nitrates don't bother you as much as you thought.
@TruthSeeking Endless PEG 400 . I don't know if it's done in the USA. I ordered mine from Hungary. Calprotectin is also a good test and done in the USA.
@@Jenmusic71 As long as you don't pair fat with carbs, fat won't make you fat. But if you want to get to your target weight fast, then you can restrict calories along with cutting out of carbs. This is a very effective strategy. Just find your sweet spot of having satiety but be in the caloric deficit.
I just startet the carnivore diet. I hope I Can keep on it so I Can get well lose some weight and free from pain in my albues espeacially Have a Nice day..
it's hard at first because of all the addictive foods we used to eat, and then they all drop off at once within a few weeks. good luck with weight loss.
Thank god I stumbled upon your channel!! I have autoimmuine disease and I'd love to give it a try. Here is one question for you. The most clean bacon I can get is from Kirkland. And yet it contains sugar, sodium polyphosphate, sodium nitrite, sodium erythobate. May I still eat it? If not, what cause the problem? Actually, general advice on food addtives would be helpful for a newbie like myself. Thanks!
Hey Sylvia. Awesome to find for help in determining my fats to proteins. My AS AI no longer bothers me though skin inflammations erupt too often. I’m mathematically challenged so my brain is easily confused with them. Can I eat 6T of meat fats in a day with 400g of meat!
Just found you and absolutely love your videos. I especially love these great snack ideas. they all would be great to take with you if running kids and cannot have your meal!
i just did my sort of deviled eggs...cut hard boiled eg in half, spread a lil butter o top. They were good, too! I usually rely on lots of seasoning. Thot I'd have to add hot sauce, but didn't even do that!
Thanks so much for such great content! I also suffer from autoimmune issues. I try and stay with only grassfed meats for this reason. May I ask your thoughts on eating pork as I ws always told their diet like chicken is not as good and consists of grains? I would love to add more pork for the fat alone but worried about the animals diet. Thanks for any insight.
Thank you! I pay attention to my pork being grass fed, and this way, I don't have any problems. Paleomedicina (my clinic) is totally fine with pork from good sources.
And I want to learn. Like doesn't all this meat and no earthy foods help clog our arteries? I love watching these videos amd will keep up and learn what I can too😊😊🧡❤💞
@@CarnivoreCoachSylvia Doing very well Sylvia I really love following you and unapologetic carnivore(Elizabeth) both you Women are awesome! Both of you were very informative and easy on the eyes. Good question! I’m dairy free also, so no butter for me. I think you need to make your own Mayo though, using only olive oil. Store bought will contain veg or soy oil or both.
Should I drop the rice cakes after I eat 2-3 not really hungry till I have my beef and eggs later in the day. Eating has taken a backseat take some C D Zinc what would you change .
it depends what you are using carnivore diet for. If you have any condition that derives from leaky gut, then rice cakes aren't ideal, because they have a very aggressive lectins. But if your gut is intact and you want to keep some carbs for muscle building, but you eat 85%-90% carnivore, I think you are fine.

What kind of meat do you use? I noticed that the applegate brand has under 2% celery powder (with natural occurring nitrite) is that okay if it's natural? I was wondering about that because I've seen other products with celery powder and I'm not sure about it for PKD. Or is it just the therapeutic stage that you need to stay away?
Coconut oil isn't good for gut issues. Many people slow down their recovery by keeping in their diets so called healthy oils such as olive oil and coconut oil. A clinic in Hungary Paleo Medicina, has consistent clinical evidence that these oils aren't conducive to gut health.
How long are you on this diet? How to not have constipate? And would this diet fine for someone that could possibly have cancer in genetics, I lost my dad and 3 uncles with cancers but not same types, which the doctor claimed if it is not the same type it is not a genetic 😳 Thank you, PS I have an arthritis, I didn’t start yet, I kind of not sure 🤔

I have read that abnormal uric acid levels are caused by overconsumption of carbohydrates and the disruption to the gut microbiome that this overconsumption causes. Once the gut microbiome normalizes this should resolve issues with abnormal levels of uric acid. One of my Friday Finding videos talks just about this mechanism. That said, I haven't coached yet any client that had gout or abnormal uric acid so I don't have direct experience with this condition.
I tried making it myself hehe, but it didn't come out right lol, but I will do it again soon hehe. This one I got from the Polish store, and it tastes great. Traditional recipe calls for little bit of onion to be fried with the rinds, some people add grated apple or carrot, but it's not a must.

Ummmm....one of the biggest reasons to eat carnivore is the fact that one doesn't need to snack. Snacking is almost invariably a symptom of compulsive or addictive behavior. Regular snacking also has a tendency to result in excess insulin release.
Love you guys! Who would have thought a community of meat eaters would be so supportive and wholesome! ❤😊
You could add mustard for taste to the egg yolk bacon filling it has zero carbs
