When I wanna do something bacon wrapped, I like to pan fry the bacon until just before it starts to crisp up (still limp) then wrap it around the pepper. That way the bacon gets crisp without overcooking whatever is inside.

You can just press it all out in a big cookie sheet and break it up into peices during or after. I found the tortilla press to get a very even, very thin press which makes it cook better. I was having a hard time doing that when I was just pressing/rolling it out in a big sheet. too thick and uneven.
The wraps are incredible! Just made mine with ham and pepperoni! Yum!!! I can’t wait to make them for Superbowl Sunday! You can’t even tell they are made with eggs ❤🎉🎉

Sweet mayo 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Ppl just about drink pink sauce here, just like they drink their iced tea sweetened I had forgotten all about Russian dressing in my grown up yrs 😜. I always put that on my Reubens! And voila, ofc! ->it’s spicy!
