Finally a new adventure from Tom. A good video to start the adventure. And as always a good start to the weekend for me due to the upload time and the time zone difference. Best regards from Germany
@@RidingWithTom I'm particularly curious about that adventure. In particular, which passes you tackled in the Alps and which countries you visited. But first I'm enjoying this adventure because the Tenere is in one of the upper places on my dream bike list. I'm curious to see were you'll take the bike along the way.
Haha starting the video in Moe of all places. I grew up there and still have family there. Its changed a lot. Im loving the T700 but im probably 80% road. How did you find it on the road?
Nice spot indeed, last time I was there I saw no one on the road since I got fuel. The chair is an easy fix, that is from you leaning back on it and all the pressure is on the front.
Dude. New camera is so much better. Not sure if it’s a new mic too, but seems to be quite a lot clearer. No wierd rendering playback issues like the GoPros have, stick to it! Keen to see the rest of the trip. ❤🎉
Since nobody has bothered to answer, I will. The name Burger King was already trade marked here, so they had to use another name. Common knowledge here, I am surprised nobody bothered to answer your question.
Ok. In all Tim’s videos, MCM don’t ever show fast food, neither does 4WD247. I never saw it before. I’m just used to big companies like that having the same name.
Check out the Nemo Moonlite chairs, good reinforced joints where the poles connect. Sick footage, blessings and good health to you and your growing fam
I've had a helinox since 2017 and loved it. But I gotta say the pelion from adventuremoto is a much better chair, it makes the helinox feel flimsy by comparison
Eey Tom, is that a charger pad for your phone, if so do you constantly have it charging because I would like to buy one but im afraid it will be bad for the phone. You live in a very nice country btw atleast that part haha.
Hi Tom, Hows the seat..sore bum ?..wind protection buffeting acceptable ?..Money is there and Im gonna buy either this, A V-Strom 800 DE, or a KTM 890 (that I haven't ridden yet)..The KTM worries me because I watch your vids lol...and reliability is a thing for me..Whats your choice mate ?..love your vids BTW..awesome chur :)
Na, they both pull from the tank as a whole. There's a balance pipe between the two tanks but it takes a while to balance out, that's why there's two filler caps.
If Tom has a million fans, then I am one of them. If Tom has ten fans, then I am one of them. If Tom has only one fan then that is me. If Tom has no fans, then that means I am no longer on earth.
Great video awesome camera angle. Question though I watch videos from around the world and you people in Australia, have the weirdest names of towns ever in the history of man. Suggun buggun?
You can open both tanks at same time by squeezing the spring lock ring under opening cap - that releases the key
Maybe when your WR hits 100k, they might let you ride their MotoGP bike 🤣
Tom ,you cracked me up ,talking about the fire wood. That is a sweet bike!

My next adventure I’ll be uploading starts in Germany!

Looks a cracking bike, great video as always. That camera looks amazing
Tom in Bairnsdale - never thought I'd live to see the day 😂
Ye mate that’s good mail , not maliciously but Tom used to bag Nerb’s Tenere ,
but I suppose that was mainly the boingers
Great vid mate! Love the JD's!
I'm new to riding and I'm actually not far from Moe so this was good to see
G'day, I grew up in or near Mt Beauty. The ride to Mertlford, Bright and back to the Kiewa Vally was just a quick afternoon spin around the block.
Tinny o'clock. Love it! 😅
That is indeed a beautiful machine.
Ha ha the button man used to drive a prado. Great start to the trip mate glad the weather held out for you
FRICK, he was probably watching me talk to myself all night
He's alive!

I went through there early this year, on the 3-4 hour drive from Buchan to Jindabyne I didn't see a soul.
@@LemonsGD As with Tom Groggin(Location nearby), though we are watching another Tom Groggin with the cans.
How did bro lock his torch 😂
Another great video Tom , just wondering what kind of tent/swag are you rocking on this trip???
It’s a Macpac Twilight Bivy, we haven’t found anything as small and compact as it, it’s great!
what is it with you Aussies with Kriega? I don't get it, I am not really a fan!

Looks like tons of fun!
What tent do you use?
Is Hungry Jacks a chain and the same as our Burger King? The logo and all the bag/wrapper designs were the same.

My dad's mate jack cowan i think his name is , bought the burger king rights in Australia in the early 80's if I remember correctly

What pressures do you run off-road Tom?
Tom caught himself a little buzzz
"WR250R is a light-weight single CC two fifty."
I didn't know that!
What tent you running?
what torch is that?
Eey Tom, is that a charger pad for your phone, if so do you constantly have it charging because I would like to buy one but im afraid it will be bad for the phone. You live in a very nice country btw atleast that part haha.
Yeap quadlock wireless charger, it’s the best, just make sure to get the anti vibe mount
This over an 890AR (based on owning your 790)?
ps. 2:00 youve gotta do the right thing and punch that into Waze
Weekend blast id go the KTM, 15,000km trip very far away from home I’d want to be on the Yamaha
Didn't that 250R blow up? There is a video of yours showing a great hole in a 250R engine.
That was Brendan's WR250R
That was brendawgs, he didn’t ride it hard enough

P.S. 60-70% road..with some dirt for me, also upgrade your camera...the frame rate at 1080p six..pixelly as
one cylinder pulls fuel from one tank the other pulls from the other
Na, they both pull from the tank as a whole. There's a balance pipe between the two tanks but it takes a while to balance out, that's why there's two filler caps.
How tall are you? that bike is quite tall
175cm, I found it ok, I think my 790 was taller
Nice bike but it’s no WR250R

If Tom has no fans, then that means I am no longer on earth.
If Tom has a stalker, it's probably you.
Great video awesome camera angle. Question though I watch videos from around the world and you people in Australia, have the weirdest names of towns ever in the history of man. Suggun buggun?
It’s probably aboriginal, lots of the weird named ones are, Humpty Doo is my favourite town
Surely yamaha could write that off and let you keep it. 🤣
Haha it’s been awhile and they haven’t asked for it back yet
Dirtiest day one helmet I’ve ever seen.
You're hilarious
As if you're still rocking that shoei hornet 😂 you should treat yourself to a new lid
I’ve been waiting for a new one to come out but bloody Shoei won’t update it, but yeah mine is cooked, probably 100,000km in it
I like your riding, but you talk in capital letters mate! Take it a little easy and I might subscribe!
yamaha offers a wr250f (non road legal) and an mt-03 (road legal), its about time they engine swap the wr-r back into existance
wr 250 f IS road legal
25k??!! That can’t be right.
AUD.
Sup Gents
I hated to see you abuse the bike so bad, then you said its not yours- made sense
94km in a 60 zone.... mint 😂
Don't forget our state is broke, they looking for anyway to make revenue these days
man, I was curious of the speed limit. I will never understand why people risk their lives this way...
