Had a similar issue. White smoke overfilled. Extracted .5L of oil cars driving good but check engine light misfire cylinder4 . Just had spark plugs changed
Is it blowing white smoke, if the oil level is fine and you are misfiring on cylinder four I’d be checking to make sure one of your injectors isn’t stuck open
@@fixmyeuro4088 not yet will have to have a mechanic do it. someone told me to pull the spark plugs and check if there’s oil on them it’s the valve cover gasket. Would it be worth replacing all 4 coils with the red coil pack. I’ve put like $8000 into the car already, new engine, ngk spark plugs, Pcv valve, oil change, upper lower control arms, tie rods, air filter, oil filter, cabin filter. Cars only worth maybe $7500.
Okay, maybe injectors yeah.. white smoke, shaking accelerating barely able to get it to 45 mph got it home but barely. I’ll have them check coils and injectors. Things a money pit and so hard to find a thorough mechanic not picking and choosing their work. Also questioning catalytic converter and high pressure fuel pump. Time to sell the thing

@@benkohout6495 yeah unless you have a decent mechanic that can diagnose things correctly and not just throw parts at it
