I love the one-button push for 1-6 minutes, and the 30 second add or 30 second start. and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I love how you can adjust the power level during cooking. The reviews said it could not be done, but this marked all the other boxes. and happy to say, it does. I can hit 1 minute start, and change the power level from 10 to 5, 30 seconds in, without interruption. my favorite feature!
Quick question. How deep are your cabinets (e.g., 12")? I read your microwave sticks out 4" from the cabinets. I assume your cabinets are about 12" deep since the microwave is 16.5" deep. I was going to replace our cabinets with 14" deep cabinets. Still, I'm concerned the microwave door will not open. Your response will be greatly appreciated.
Best thing to do is register the microwave by scanning the little QR code on the upper left corner of the microwave when you take it out of the box. Take a picture with your iPhone, etc. You'll get the Samsung website. Register the microwave. Once you do that there are all the manuals and a lot of other things. It's great! Definitely do that. There's a better manual with how to selections.
I just had mine delivered. Do you know if I can use it once while it's just sitting on the counter? I'm hungry 🤣 and it won't get installed over my stove until my husband gets home from work. I'm being impatient.

RE: SAGGING DOOR> I purchased this unit on 3-7-19 to match my appliances. I've been waiting on a new kitchen upgrade for months. I finally had the cabinets installed this week, almost one year later. It was worth the wait, since the contractors are so precise. I'm paying extra to have the microwave exhausted to the outside, for $500. The microwave is beautiful BUT it appears that long door with all those controls SAGS just enough to notice it's not correct, not straight. The carpenter re-adjusted the cabinet screws to re-level it, to fix it, so that the microwave will appear straight when closed. The Samsung Tech is coming next week. QUESTION: Does anyone else have the sagging door problem? Could this be a bad door design? I'm worried that I'll be sorry if the microwave's control door is tampered.

What's the distance from your gas stove? Im at 17 inches above and without using pans, or cooking but just running the burner within 10 seconds of med heat or higher it roasts my microwave . I did run the fan. That was of no help. Maybe with a pot or pan this would block direct flame?... do you see this being a problem. Needless to say im all worked up wondering if I gotta cut into the brand new cabinet. Curious to hear from your experience.

Question I just installed mine and when I closed the door I can hear a fan I don’t know if I damage the door. It will turn off if I just tap the right corner of the door

Did You ever figure out how to adjust the cooking temperature. Some Food prep says to microwave at 50% power and I have yet to figure that out on this model

I noticed the two fans are centered in between the two lights instead of having the fans separated to the left and right sides. However, ventilation is rated at 400 CFM which is the highest for an "over the range" microwave-vent-combo. Standard would be 300 CFM for most models. If you were to cook a steak, does your house smell like a steak house? If not, then the centered 400 CFM is doing its job. I would guess that having both fans designed in the center would decrease the ventilation performance. Your opinion on the ventilation performance?

Hi there, I just bought and installed a microwave that won't fully open because the door swings outward and to the left, beyond the left edge of the unit and bumps into the adjacent kitchen cabinet door. Your video cuts out the left side when you open the door. Your assistance would be appreciated.

You are right not many videos on this unit. I had it sitting in my garage waiting for the kitchen is tal. I’ve come to a crossing the microwave is fantastic but the door opens and pinches the adjacent cabinet door so I can’t open it even to 90*. Has anyone come across this or overcome this?
Did it come with a mounting bracket on the top or back? We have 2 extra bolts with ours but only have it attached with 2 bolts on the top going through the bottom of our cabinet

So I managed to figure this out. If you type in the time manually then press OK instead of START it gives you the option to set the power level. Hooray!

I've had this microwave for years - it's a garbage heap. The front panel malfunctioned and just keep automatically inputting 7. I'll come downstairs in the morning and it's set to 77:77. Guess I should be lucky that the start button isn't similarly haunted. Next, they routed the wiring for the door next to the top hinge and it literally severed the wires bricking the machine. Replacing the door is gonna run me 760$ on a 400$ machine. While it worked, it worked great, but they did not build this to last - they built it to break so they could overcharge you for parts. Never again, Samsung.

Contractor installed my unit over 2 yrs ago without putting in filter. I just realized it was missing. There was grease accumulated all over inside and greasy smell. Not easy to clean. To install filter, you need to remove vent by unscrewing two screws over door, while door is open. Then slide vent to left. The charcoal filter slides in there.

I’ve fixed two different errors codes so far for this microwave, one was an easy fix a cable was loose I just connected it again, another one I had to change out the gas sensor. Let me know if you guys have any issues pretty ridiculous for being a 2019 model though
I have an issue. Just had it installed today and it keeps saying that the door is open and wouldn't work. Obviously we unplugged it, plugged it back in, held the start button for a few seconds and tried calling Home Depot tech support ( hung up after 4 attempts) . We have no idea what to do.

Do you have a recirculating vent? If so, did you need any parts or did it come with everything?
It came with. You just had to turn the blower motor a half a turn and put a plate on that was provided

You roll the fans forward and then put the plate that it comes with on

Push options and then tie-up and down arrows to scroll through the available options. Option 9 is the clock and 5 is to set daylight savings.

I’ve fixed two different errors codes so far for this microwave, one was an easy fix a cable was loose I just connected it again, another one I had to change out the gas sensor. Let me know if you guys have any issues pretty ridiculous for being a 2019 model though
I have an issue. Just had it installed today and it keeps saying that the door is open and wouldn't work. Obviously we unplugged it, plugged it back in, held the start button for a few seconds and tried calling Home Depot tech support ( hung up after 4 attempts) . We have no idea what to do.
