Do you have instructions on how to remove that front panel? It doesn't seem to just come off and the guy quoted me about $350 to come take a look before the fix.
Do you have a model number. If you are talking about the front display, you have a screw either on the top or side under the grill. If you still need help emailing me the model number. Also what issue are you having?
I have the same microwave. The spot you first checked, where the wires come from the box and go to the door - the hinge severed those wires. The door replacement (on a 400$ microwave) is gonna run me 760$, so I'm going to just try and repair the wires. Never again, Samsung.
Yep, that’s what you should do. Add a little more wire if you are able. Solder your connections. Maybe use good quality heat shrink to prevent it from getting damaged
Dude, I have the same microwave and the same issue but you neglect to show how you removed the top plate and the side control panel. Seriously you could have been a big help instead I either break something or pay someone. What was the purpose of the video? It you hoped to help don’t count my vote as being helpful.
The camera wasn’t recording, but I did mention that the screws up top and it slides to the left I think. Just take your time, that is the easy part. The display is one screw looking down from the top of the display. Then side it up.

Same issue. Found melted magnetron fuse
Glad you got it fixed
