Absolute fabulously work. But what do you need rust converter for when you use brand new sheet metal? Use an epoxy primer and a weldthrough primer
probably the humidity in the air, to prevent flash rust until they finish with the welding and panel closing
Excellent channel just started watching you guys as I'm doing my first restoration on a triumph dolomite can I ask do you all ways prime we're you have welded before you seam sealer it or seal it first then prime thank you
Prime both areas behind with “weld through” primer before welding and then seam seal area.

So you guys are almost finished with the metal fab, then it goes to someone else for filler, prime and paint then to reassembly. Then finally on to the customer? That's unlike any body shop I've ever worked at here in the states.

Absolutely love your videos. Because of you I'm attempting my own rear sills on an NC (mot failure!). My mig flux core only goes down to 35 amps is this low enough for 1.5? Also a setting that goes from -3 to 3 that nobody seems to know what it does any idea? Thanks for your content seriously love it
