Not too fond of the new music. Your channel doesn’t need it imho. Keep up the quality content though.
Please go back to the old music without the Screeching vocals
Really hate the music choice TBH.
Can’t keep everyone happy with music. :)
came here to write the same 😮
hate the music 😐
@@yorkshirecarrestorationthat is true but you can lower the volume and fade it out better when people are talking 👍🏻 the balance is all wrong. Maybe try instrumental music?
Can't go wrong with Instrumental music though... It's always a safe bet.
The music in this one was irritating and intrusive to me, the sort of thing 12 year olds listen too- please bring back the atmospheric and relaxing stuff you normally have, it works as a great contrast to the work being performed and is so relaxing to unwind to. I muted most of this, but then have to be careful not to miss your narration. I gave up after 7 minutes. Normally I watch every one you do.
Absolutely with you on that one👌 love the content but the shite pop music is a total turn off
Great content, amazing skills, as always but the music is driving me crazy... cheers mate from sunshine coast Australia 😊
Hate the music!
I strongly suggest that you ditch the music completely. Maybe replace it with misc. working noises. As Taylor Ray does.
Sorry no. Most of the time our shop is very very loud.
Great watch but only with sound on mute. That music is the worst.
You ever listened to the music on Colin furzes channel?
@@Philmoon69 Yeah, it's much better, matches his punk
Great work as usual, but lousy music and it#s a towing eye not a "toe eye".😂😂😂
It's Yorkshire they speak proper up there
Finally a colin bmw update i never knew how long it took to restore a car its been 7 months and doesn't look like its even close to being done
Good video, crap music 😁
More beautiful steel origami. The way you cut, fold and shape sheet steel is pure magic. It's so relaxing to watch.
Great video…. Terrible music!!!
Enjoy watching your videos, instead of the music can you not give narration for your work??
Please get rid of that unnecessary vocal background soundtrack - something instrumental would be a whole lot better.
Colin would not approve of this music, gives a strange vibe compared to what he normally plays! 😂😂
They don’t listen to comments trust me it’s been said a million times
Brilliant work yet again. Not sure about the heavy breathing music though.🤔
Loved your work. The incidental music was absolutely execrable. It felt like someone took a dump in my ears!
I gave up after 5 minutes and watched in silence.
Totally agree
Me too. The fabrication is mesmerising, but the music is sickening. Muted all the way except for when you can see Steve talking!
yup i was thinking is this what they call music these days ! roll on a hearing aide
Same. 🤢
i was very interested in the content, i only had to kill the sound, let's say it's not my kinda music, and because of that i probably missed some spoken content even with subtitles on
normally i don't have an issue with background music, but this one, NO not for me sorry
Love the chanel hate the music
I use the mute option.
I'm a classical music fan, but this music insn't bad, and a lot better than some of the dreadful YT tracks some people use.
Every time I watch Steve work, I learn a little more, and my respect for his skills leaps up
In a world of useless cant get a real job social media influencers and jabbering idiots, it is nice to see a real time served craftsman at work
Brilliantly entertaining, but had to mute the music. I know music is always a matter of taste, but wailing winnie wasn't mine.
Glad I'm not the only one. It was the irritating to the point where you cannot think of anything else.
Great work! I've waiting over a month for the latest Colin Furze update!
Thanks Steve, and compliments to the camera man/editor great work!
Camera man and editor is me (Steve) and thank you :) , for my vids I do all the script , work , camera and editing. Ryan dose the same for his videos :)
@@yorkshirecarrestoration You are multitalented! thanks a bunch!
Fun! You're back to peeling layers off Colins E30 BMW like an onion. 😅
Amazing work as usual. 👍
Reminds me of when I repaired rusty old mot failures in the late 60s through to Eighties, never had Shrinkers stretchers or an English wheel, came into the twentieth century when we bought a BOC MIG Auto Links, all gas welded before, I did buy a hydraulic hole punch yours with a jogger one side.. I still have all my hand tools ,, although at 77 I never want to lie under another rusty old wreck ever again.. luv watching your work takes me back…. Happy days..😅
Drop the music and let us hear the ambient sounds of the workshop.
Can't do sorry our workshop is too loude. 5 men all grinding and welding.
the music is really annoying in this one, I tried skipping it but it seems to be everywhere. I gave up after 4 Minutes.
Love the work. Hate the music.
I absolutely love watching all the parts being fabricated and coming together. But that bloody music drives me insane. Can't you cater for us older geezers?
I change the music type around sometimes to try cater for everyone. It won’t always keep everyone happy.
@@yorkshirecarrestorationblack sabbath then? Or AC/DC
@@yorkshirecarrestorationkeep up with the banging tunes Steve!
@@stephenyoud6125 may have an issue with copyright on that one. :)
@@johnturner4400 thank you :)
Nearly gave up watching this video because of the "music"! TERRIBLE!
Glad you enjoyed it :)
Gimme that... gimme that... gimme that... gimme that.... good good deafness
I've been watching the channel for several months now and this is the most impressive video to date. A very complex and tricky job very nicely done, That laser is a game changer for you.
After watching numerous exposes of BMW's appalling lack of rust protection, I will never buy one.
They seem to be the modern Vauxhall Victor
this got to be the most expensive BMW E30 in the world... except if you guys are working for free... i guess it's good to be a youtuber....
What is this forground noise with screeching voices I'm hearing?🤮
Your an artist in metal.....love watching you master the sheet steel...
Please just pick music without singing. Couldn't even just watch it with closedcaptions as the stupid lyrics came up.
Cool resto otherwise.
Please stop with the horrible music. Had to stop watching.
Horrible to you I kinda like it :)
hey i suggest its better to just put rough realistic workshop sound rather than a song, its not bad but i think pure welding and wrenches sound would be a lot better.
Nope sorry workshop is way too loud :)
Can't believe what I see. It is so amazing to see how you restore all these little details. Thank's for your impressing videos and best regards from Germany.
And another one from Germany DE-77871
I’ll be honest, this is the first resto that I’ve watched you guys do and I’m hooked. The metalwork being carried out is incredible. Proper craftsmanship! The end result is going to be incredible.
Love your vids but the music is horrid! Just something chill and instrumental! Is your 12 year old editing your vids?!?!? 😂😂😂
Nope guess I'm that 12 year old.
This! Wise words here... "Instrumental" is the key word. Instrumental music is far less likely to annoy your audience in the future, which I assume, you're hoping to build upon and not piss off. ;)
Other than that, I love the vids and seeing the fab work. 🍻
pls change the music, cant enjoy this
Add me as a NO on this episode’s music.
Added. Why so many people always just comment only on the bad beats me. Nothing good to say? :) 🤷♂️
Nooo way there is a Countach there!
Please tell me there will be videos on that car.
I had to double back on the video, to make sure I wasnt seeing things 😂
This was absolutely mesmerising. When you showed us the preview of what needed repairing my own reaction would have been bin the lot. You are performing miracle;es when you see a pile of rust, fit only foe the scrap bucket, transformed back into a car again. One has to wonder how anyone can love a car that much that they want to restore it at any cost - but then again Colin Furze is as mad as a box of frogs. Love your channel and look forward to your posts.
Not really all that much madness required for this.We all look at cars as a gathering of components.
Well, a car body is a gathering of components too, made out of 0.9-1.2 and 2.0mm steel, those are then welded together to make up the complete car body, just like engine, gearbox and axles make up the powertrain for instance.
You're looking at the entire car and go "oooofff" just because of the rust, when in other circumstances you'd see only mechanical issues and go "yup can rebuild all that easy".
Rust repair is the same thing, you're repairing components just like you'd repair an engine, gearbox, axle or dampener with a rebuild and reinstall.
Great skills as usual. Interesting choice of music. I was becoming very emotional at the metal bending.
Always impressed with your seamless patching jobs. Really nicely done.
Great skills, crap music.
Awesome an update to the project that brought me here! You guys do amazing things, can't wait to see this underground sometime!
When I saw that surface rust where the spare wheel well met the boot floor I thought "he's gonna get the laser out!!!!
You didn't disappoint Steve!!!
Just one for the algorithm. Best wishes.
Could you please upload another copy of this video without the shit music?
Nope sorry :)
Super work fella i find it captivating watching you making bits for all the cars you repair it’s very skillful 👍
Horrible soundtrack.
Thank you for watching.
I so enjoy watching this process.
Thank you :)
did the video editor get broken up with recently? what's with the maudlin musical choices?
Nope just thought I'd try diferent music. Guess nobody liked it. Ya don't know untill ya try.
By the way there is no editor apart from me (Steve) and Ryan. I film edit and choose the music on all my vids and liked the music :)
VERY WELL DONE, `broke down into manageable sections put back together professional wordage,
This fella is an automotive forensic sculptor!!!
I really enjoy the work on display here, I prefer music with no vocals though.
Magic! I'm currently working on my 2001 Saab 9-5 Aero. Not NEARLY as rusted as this BMW, but still a daunting task! Keep up the god work :)
YCR. Replacing Furze' entire car 150 square mm at a time, all whilst listening to the most awful incidental music ever.
I don't know why you didn't use more of that cool, jazzy instrumental music like you used in that last video... That was by far the _best_ choice so far.
Whatever you picked this time around though, please never use it again. It's horrendous! ☠️
Looks like a donor car may of been cheaper, 😂🤣😂, but then we wouldn’t of seen your incredible work
your work mate is second 2 none class job👍👍👍👍👍
I have done some welding although technically I spent longer grinding and flapping :-) The repairs worked, they were solid and lasted. Watching someone who has a mastery of this though is absolutely mesmerising. You make it look easy when I know it isn't !!
What thickness of sheet metal do you use when making up repair panels like this? I'm using 1mm for inner arch repair and it quite hard to with :-(
Take that nice new watch off! Scratched and now over sprayed!!
How long after the rust converter is applied can you overcoat it? Love your videos by the way.
The music is too distracting for me. I don’t see them relavence.
Buds lost some timber 😂 looking sharp 👌
Hey buddy Steve buddy thats a nice piece of work 👍 👌 its the best you and Ryan and the team are absolutely the best 👌 in the world 🌎.
love the video's mate and the editing is pretty good keep up the good work
i might need a quote from you guys for some small sill work (sadly is near the beam axel mounts) yet to inspect how badly its rotted...
How is all of this patchwork going to last? Is the chassis going to be sandblasted and painted?
14:37 Watch out for the bead roller accessory trying to escape.
you make it look so easy, I would have removed the ugly eyelet, but then the car is just not original anymore
this is the guy that built a tunnel and a garage under his house... also the guy that has 13m subscribers :-)
You make that look so easy! I wish it was, my Mk2 Golf GTi would be on the road in no time if I had those skills!!
The most tense part in the entire video! ua-cam.com/video/OUaNRAOY3Ew/v-deo.htmlsi=FEmZEKMIpe2l94kf&t=895 thought you were going to roll an ankle.
love the work you do with metal.super nice!!
can you please tell me what that adapter on the tow hook is?
It's almost as if you can hear the car sighing with relief as the rust barnacles are cut away.
Hi Steve, i like how you're able to see exactly the order to remove and reolace the layers.
Music is good because its different and not the same old stuff that gets boring ⛳
What is harder? To bring a piece of sheet metal into shape or to know (or to remember) how the right shape is?
good to see the laser getting used on that awkward tow-piece but were you not tempted to take out the screws? Looks like it has a liitle cover on it that you would take on and off when towing/not towing
Now that is true craftsmanship.
The amount of rust on this car is incredible
You sir, are a very talented individual 😎
Are these cars worth restoring????
Starting to remind me of Triggers Broom!
Is that a Countach in the back? :0
Ur a fucking wizard harry
What thickness are the steel sheets you use?
Love seeing what you do
Does he make the music himself? Why do you let it occupy such a big space in your videos? Who is paying you a fortune to use it?
Like mute the cool ASMR misc tool sounds but...blast the random music.
I LOVE everything about this channel but the music is legit giving me blue balls and I feel robbed.
Consider making a second channel to promote your music...two audiences can be better than one.
Not our music just varied royalty free music.
I like it so I used it. (Steve)
Ma la bmw di Matt che fine ha fatto?🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔😂😂
Well that looked a doddle Steve. 😉
Sheet metal origami 😂
Fantastic work, your skills are impressive...!
