Unsalted butter 25g / 2Tbsp
Light brown sugar 25g / 3Tbsp
Sea salt 1.5g / 1/4tsp
Honey 5g / 1tsp
Vanilla extract 1/2tsp
Cake flour 15g / 1Tbsp
Almond 30g / 1/3cup
Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 7-9 minutes

My mother made these. She would cool them around a dowel, so they formed delicious, crunchy tubes and filled them with whipped cream. You knew it was a special occasion when they arrived at the table. :)

Try to replace with oats. I’ve seen others used oats instead of nuts.

Aaaaalso.. ich habe das Original Rezept ausprobiert... Der erste Keks.. so direkt aus dem Ofen... Mmmmm.. sehr lecker.. aber noch heiß.. also, noch etwas warten.. der zweite Keks.. lauwarm.. auch Lecker.. dann war da einer der nicht so schön aussah.. also ehrlich.. den muss Frau doch dann vernichten.. außerdem musste ich wissen ob die Kekse kalt auch so gut sind, bevor ich die meinen lieben serviere. Logisch.
Sie waren gut - Tochter und Schwiegersohn haben EINEN bekommen . Ich habe zur Gesellschaft einen mitgegessen.. man will ja nicht unhöflich sein.. und weg waren die Kekse 🤷

Cookies are delicious! But.....I’ve made twice and I don’t get six cute little cookies like yours. I end up breaking them into pieces because they spread out so much and enjoy them that way. Please advise and thanks for sharing.
