    Made some, tasty and also low carb so actually make a good snack for diabetics. I used 45g plain flour, 40g butter, 75g mature cheddar cheese, 0.8g salt; made 98 of these so about 0.3g carbs each. Tasted lovely.

    I just made these...added abit of onion powder and imo that made them taste even better...baking aroma was divine... cheese hint of onion. I also added a tiny sprinkle of sea salt on each cracker before baking. 💯 Cheers for recipe from Canada🇨🇦

      Usha Meister yes I made them and they were great. Just make sure to not add too much liquid and I learned that the hard way lol. I’ve made them multiple times

      I don't think, mozzarella is super melty and can ruin the shape and consistency, hard cheeses are better for this recipe

    The recipe looked easy so I jumped on it the next day to get the ingredients and made a batch. Unfortunately, my crackers softened soon after it cooled down. Wonder why even though I followed the recipe to the T? Please advise. The flavour is really good even though it's a failed attempt. Can't wait to try again.

    HI Apron, I just tried to make these but unfortunately I failed because my crackers is 'soft' and 'chewy' I cannot figure what went wrong? Do I keep the crackers immediately into an air tight container without waiting it to cool down cause it? Or could it be the thickness - I am a new baker so cannot judge the thickness properly?
