The recipe looked easy so I jumped on it the next day to get the ingredients and made a batch. Unfortunately, my crackers softened soon after it cooled down. Wonder why even though I followed the recipe to the T? Please advise. The flavour is really good even though it's a failed attempt. Can't wait to try again.

I don't think, mozzarella is super melty and can ruin the shape and consistency, hard cheeses are better for this recipe
