    Ingredients:(7x10 cm oval 9 pieces)
    One large egg whites 32g
    35g Icing sugar
    15g cake flour
    15g melted unsalted butter
    45g almond slices
    A pinch of salt
    Preheated oven to 140℃/ 284°F(middle layer, convection) to bake for about 15-18 minutes
