    sumo hold is very good exercise first it will be difficult to hold for 5sec later it will be easier

    I have decided that i will do this excercise daily for 1 month till my school starts
    The thing is i can do any excercise
    But i live in desi household and maintaining diet is not in our dictionary

      But you can eat everyday vegetable like a Little Snack or/and dont eat so much food with high callories

      Only eat one meal a day and healthy one calculate calories and burn then almost no carbs you are in good age no need to worry just stop were you are now !! ❤

      You need to have atleast 3 meals a day filled with protein and hunger satisfying foods such as rice, chicken, sautéed veggies, etc
