  • Core Flow Total Body Yoga this is a 35 minute yoga workout clas aimed to strengthen, tone, and to stretch your body. This is a perfect routine to start the day, or to practice at anytime.
    This is a workout you can do to start your day right with a combination of exercises to help pump blood though the body, to move fluid, and warm up the joints along with strengthening exercises for the core, arms, hips, glutes, legs, chest, upper back, and shoulders.

    Although I felt the ending was a little rushed, I did enjoy the resting-on-your-cheek part. I had not realized how much I missed these little breaks in the middle of the practice.

    Love the pose which laying down on belly and rest cheek. It was soo relaxing. I almost fall asleep :)
    Also, i can do side plank much better now :)

    Hi Tim, I've been following your channel for a while and I really enjoy the videos you make. I just wanted to comment that I like the recent addition of the bell sound in the beginning of the practice. To me, it's very soothing, and I think it's a good way to signal the start of the practice and to start focusing inwards

    Hi Tim - great flow with this video. I found the blocks to be a big a help today. I don’t usually need them but I was kinda stiff this morning and is was good to have them.

    This practice is a new favourite, between the meditation at the start and your cues I was perfectly focused throughout the entire video. The humble yoga block can make a big difference too. Kia ora Tim!

    I liked that forward fold hand balance thing. In general I like hand balances so I'd love to see some more of that. I think we nearly got into flying pigeon a few times during this year's 30 days challenge so I'd like to explore this and maybe sidecrow and bit more. Thank's a lot Tim :)

    Hi! I really enjoyed too! But, maybe a little bit to fast on each moves. When my body is, i think, in the good position, it is time to change. I will look at your Conscious Movement Community. 🤓 But, i didn’t had much time, so it was perfect! 😁
    I have to find 1 1/2 hour in my journey for Yoga. Thank you Tim! Namaste 🙏

    I'd like a routine that ends with a long guided meditation to finish. It's how I like to end my practice. Just a suggestion. Nice one, I've been watching these for years now :-O

    Great practice Tim! I loved the bowl bell sounds as it helped be refocus and purge all negative thoughts. I still favor the practices on the beach and hearing the ocean in the background. Maybe as a suggestion when you do the indoor practice you could please start with the bell or even play low nature sounds. I especially appreciate how you explain everything and give alternative options. Thanks so much! Namaste!

    Thanks for this video, Tim. I'm just coming back from an episode of back pain. I've had worse though so I know how to manage it a bit just that I become less mindful sometimes. This was just the right class. It's slow and works the core and allows me time to remember to be gentle to my back. I like that this paid attention to doing back bends in upward dog properly. I feel good afterwards. Namaste. :)

    Great attention to alignment as usual! I just wished there were some alternatives to some of the twists either through the back or where the neck is turned on the floor as these positions aggravate by spine and neck. Thank you!

    Thank you once again! That was super good. Great work for the core and hips, and there was a new-to-me pose in there (I thought we were heading into Crow but it was a different arm balance) so that was awesome. Love the sound bowl, BTW.
