- This is a 30 minute yoga workout class aimed to strengthen and to stretch your body. This is a perfect routine to start the day, or to practice at anytime in the day.
You'll learn to properly align your body to make sure you using the right muscles in the poses to prevent injury or strain.
This is a workout you can do to start your day right with a combination of exercises to help pump blood though the body, to move fluid, and warm up the joints along with strengthening exercises for the core, arms, hips, glutes, legs, chest, upper back, and shoulders.
Focus your mind, restore health and balance to your body and spirit.

Annwyl Tim, I have returned to this practice as spondyloarthropathy has increased dramatically since lockdown and the pace of this practice enables me to prepare my body for each pose etc As you know it is very important to me (73yrs or not) to keep active and persist as best I can with yoga. This is my first video by this instructor. I've been doing at-home yoga for almost a year, have taken someone's 30 day course, do videos by several instructors regularly, and know pretty much all of the common poses. That's why I found it strange that at first I felt this was very beginner level -- describing the minute steps to warrior 2 rather than just say "now come up into warrior two". It became a "surprise" that we were headed into both warrior 2 and half moon pose, both of which I know well, and it actually made it harder for me until I knew where we were headed when we got to the other side. Then later on, it seemed more advanced or at least normal, so it all just struck me as oddly cued. I wanted to find another instructor I really liked, plus suggest him to my male friend, but I wasn't all that impressed with either the routine or the cues given. He seems knowledgeable and personable, but I'm not sure I'll come back.
This is a great practice.I keep coming back to this one.Thanks a for all you do.I had problems with my sciatic nerve after a skate injury for 13 years and after I started using the foam roller it hasn’t give me any problems ..You are seriously changing peoples lives

I love experiencing your videos. You help me understand my alignment and move deeper into poses that I have been practicing for years. I love the fact that you always end with a savanna with a substantial length of time. Other yoga videos skip this, interrupting the meditative state. Thank you!
I have been practicing yoga for over four years and something about the way you described warrior two in this video really made it click for me I have been doing the pose slightly long. The little change and all of a sudden I felt so many more parts of my body needing to be activated. Really wonderful video you make it very easy to self correct!

Great practice. I use your yoga videos at least 3 times a week, and I appreciate your style and personality. I really like that in this video you did Savasana with us. So many videos tell the viewers to stay in Savasana as long as we want, but the next video starts to play...which interrupts our resting pose. Thanks for your great content.

Great video! I like that you always leave time for corpse pose and lead the viewer through that. Other videos skip this bit or are like: „stay in corpse pose as long as you want, bye“. It’s nice to have a holistic lesson from meditation to calming end! Thanks 👏🏼
