    I really liked the tips on activating the legs, especially the one about stretching toes forward in mountain to help activate the front of legs. You have helped me so much. Thank you and Namaste.

    Hi Tim. I agree that this felt like a level 1-2. I’m pretty unco but I still finished with a smile. Thanks so much. Sometimes I think I should practise with videos I’ve already watched to really get the most from them. I tend to think through the poses with my head instead of really feeling them in my body. I dunno. I’m really enjoying taking my yoga journey with you though and appreciate that you listen and respond to suggestions from your audience, or perhaps students is a better description. I would happily call you my yoga teacher. Thanks again

    I don't care what level.. always a good practice, and in my opinion if you are more advanced than dont do the poses on your knees or shift into warrior 3 throw in an arm balance make it your own. Today this is the intensity my body need :) namesta

    A level 1 class. One of the things I really appreciate about your classes is your focus on engaging the core. You provide details, guidance, each step of activating those muscles in the torso. Once those are turned on, posture and good health follow. Thank you.

    If level one is beginner, I would rate this video a solid 2. While your instructions are clear and easy for a beginner to follow, I think much of the movement, like the one-legged bridge for example, requires a student to already have a certain amount of strength and familiarity with the postures. As ever, a great class, and I definitely noticed the difference in how I felt afterward! Thanks, Tim!☮

    I like that you challenged us by switching up the routine. Going from down dog to up dog was a bit of a challenge for my brain. I would really like a tutorial just about crow pose.

    Hi Tim, this was for sure a level 1. I am always happy to try different exercises! And think that it would be interesting to do those one many times for my posture....     Hi Tim is feels like level 1 for me I guess it's all so hard in 30 minutes to move through to more level 2 or 3 poses in that time. I'm so glad you asked as I typically have to fast forward through each routine to see what level they are at and it would love more two or three levels personally.

    Level one for me, but always helpful to review the basics. I appreciate the 20-30 minute UA-cam content for when I'm short on time and love the longer Conscious Movement videos to deepen my practice. Thanks Tim!

    1-2 level. Was hoping it was an hour. Great one to move into vinyasa maybe to make it an hour. My lower back, though, felt great after this one which is really good for me.

    I finally did the workout this morning. I'd give it a level 1-2, mainly because of some slightly challenging poses for a beginner. I love your sense of humor. Your joy is infectious.

    Hey Tim, great video. Really enjoyed it. I would rate it a 1/1.5. I have only been following your channel a couple of months now and have completed the 2017 30 challenge. Had I not done that challenge this video would have been really hard but with a couple of months of yoga under my belt now it wasn’t too hard and I was able to do and hold all of the poses. It did help me focus on not sinking down into my joints so thank you for the help in that.

    Very good class. I would rate the class 1-2 beginner-intermediate or fit beginner. There were some challenging poses however you used a lot of cues and blocks to help a beginner or a person that hasn’t practiced for awhile. 🙏♥️

    Magic. I’m so grateful for this video Tim. Gently easing in to a more rounded practice after a month off due to severe lower back pain. This was perfect. Btw thank you also for your lower back pain videos. I used them every day and they were wonderful, not only did they ease the pain, they stopped me from feeling grumpy at losing a lot of flexibility. Genius 😀👍

    Level 1: I love how you always focus on the kinesiology and alignment. I have lower back pain that can flare up easily and after your classes/videos I never feel like I have strained my lower back... Thank you for your dedication!!!

    I was super excited to do this practice after I saw your Instagram story. Loved it, felt like it was more of a workshop class where I could take a step back to observe and correct my form.

    I would agree with the level 1-2, with the video being closer to a level 1. Enjoyed the use of the block to show what “pinning the hip socket feels like” in the standing poses. Great practice, thank you!!

    Tim, I always lack in practice and sometimes I only do 1 practice per week. Every time I have to pick a video, Im hesitant to do the latest one with higher difficulty but whenever I push myself to go for it and finish doing it, I feel so accomplished! Thanks Tim! 😊😅

    Hi Tim! I did this yoga session for recovery after an intense surf session and a day of intense labor working construction. I say it’s a between a 1-2 level and perfect for recovery, realignment and stabilizing the core to get back into the grind. Love it and thanks again for your work!

    I agree its a level 1 to 2 video. Not too tough but great guidance on focusing on the relevant areas of the body to position and stretch. It was fun too, your videos always leave me with a smile on my face! :)

    loved your lesson great use of blocks for teaching my yogis, my lesson consists of much pranayama and kriyas , which I adore, so your lesson was super different....from my training in Rishikesh.

    Great feeling class, moving slower with focus on details and using props to enhance the practice.
    For me personally it was not much of a strengthening practice but it was a good review on details and fine tuning which is great for all levels.
    Well instructed and well sequenced class as usual leaving me feeling refreshed and focused at the end.

    Hi Tim. Based on what I have been doing with your videos, I would rate this a 2. I guess it depends on how much experience you have, age, etc. This could be slightly challenging for a beginner. Thank you. Love the videos.

    I would say it is a 1-2 level , a good warmup at the beginning and then you can choose the challenge depending on your shape. Great teaching Master.
