To each their own but you would greatly benefit from upgrading the suspension and getting rid of the horrible factory Toyota shocks. Plenty of people break those weak shocks from mild off roading. Its worth going to a 2.5 coilover or similar if its in your budget.
Tighter Trails/Tight Forest Roads - Tacoma if you can make it work since it's so small. The Tundra is great if you can maneuver well and has tons of space. But it's like 16mph highawy and 13mpg city. i have the tundra. 2016

What would you consider the best vehicle for a overlanding build like this? I can’t decide between Tacoma and Tundra.
