What if you take a multivitamin? Can you eat more junk food? Assuming calories and macros are the same for the day
Interesting question. The problem with junk food is not only the lack of essential nutrients we need, but all the high amounts of things like added sugar and saturated and trans fats. There is no easy way to hack or trick the system. You can eat junk food, just use moderation and prioritize a variety of healthy, nutrient dense, foods from all food groups. Treats are supposed to be just that - a treat!
