When I was a teen, my understanding of health was shaped by popular stereotypes. I believed that being healthy meant having a thin, proportional, muscular body, following strict diets, and having lots of shallow friendships. I even considered that lacking motivation and feeling down was a clear sign of depression. However, after I began to look after my health seriously and work to improve it, I came to understand that health goes beyond these misleading beliefs. It's not merely a goal to achieve, it's a lifestyle we must pursue throughout our lives. Health can neither be accumulated nor set aside. It's something you develop slowly, and progressively through your daily choices and actions. I love your saying, "Health is like the top of a pyramid, you can sometimes get there or get close, but you can’t always be there.” This reminds me that health is not static but dynamic. Sometimes your progress may slow down or go up, but what matters is that you continue to strive for better health. Thank you for this insightful video and cheers for your work!
