Being in shape? Having positive relationships? Mental health coping strategies? Being happy?
How about all of the above. Many people can just think of diet and exercise, just two parts of physical health, when they think of the word "health". The fact is, health is complex, dynamic, and interconnected. The more you know about how different health components influence one another, the more easily you can strive to keep them in balance.
