- Hey everyone and welcome back to another Install video on Gunmetal ZL1 1LE. This is a pretty indepth video on how to prep and install a set of 2" Headers on your 6th generation Camaro SS, ZL1/1LE. I point out a few key things that are very important on this Install like some tech tips from Eric over @floridahighperformance and review how well the design is on these headers designed by Andrew and his team @completestreetperformance or CSP.

I also recommend putting heat tape on the starter shield, great video, brought back some memories lol
Thanks for the video! One suggestion, I'd change the video title to "2016+ Camaro ZL1/1LE 2" CSP Headers Install manufacturer by Kooks" that way people don't think they are just rebranded Kooks headers lol

I was all set to order the Kooks until I saw this video. Im diggin the CSP design. I just havent decided catless or cats.
These headers rock brother either way you go.
The Ultra Catted connections are the most capable on the market. Delivering well over 1000 rwhp with ease thanks to being the only one using the 4.5" housing!
@@completestreetperformance my catless connection pipes arrived today. The headers are still at Jet Hot. If I need to later down the road, I'll swap out the connection pipes for the Ultra Cats 😉

Trust me man, that was the only thing I was severely worried about. It was not as bad as some people make it out. If you build the blocks high enough you'll be good. Best of luck or reach out for any questions 🤜🤛

About to order the same ones. How is the clearance to the steering shaft, and the front axle brace?
We're a tad biased but we designed them to clear everything and even utilize factory plug wires if you so choose to!
Just as CSP said man no clearance issues anywhere whatsoever. The reason I wanted to make the video is because not everyone knows about these and should since it checks every box....especially for the 2" not 17/8".
What tune did you use? Did you get it tuned right after the install?
I had the car tuned through LMR (Late Model Racecraft) after the install. I didn't want to take any chances it running lean with things outta wack. The engine light didn't come on till about halfway to LMR. Amazing difference though.
What's the torque spec for manifold bolts and knock sensor
GM spec
