@@JeremiahFernandez I love those kind of wtf comments😂
Been waiting for the feel! We can all use more of it these days.
All of the feels
plini on jtc soon?
This lighting is warm and fuzzy, just like the way this song makes me feel
Make a cover vid yourself perhaps :p ?
Sure thing, see you in 2022
@@KeyanHoushmandLive 😂
@@KeyanHoushmandLive Unacceptable. Your channel needs more Plini content. 🙂
I ate a hamster and I feel warm and fuzzy inside
I have a brain tumor and this song really hits for me. I live every day in fear not knowing if it will be my last and I only hope that I can someday tell my kids how much i love them from beyond this existence. Your music brings me genuine happiness. Much love my aussie friend
Much love to you, Joe.
Joe, you're awesome! Wishing you all the best.
Ik I’m late but best of luck
Youre awesome man! Get well asap 🙏
hope the best for you man...
I love it how on the Kind playthrough he was criticised for not plugging in a cable and now in this one there is an entire shot dedicated to him plugging the cable in.
i learnt my lesson: always plug in before miming!
@@plinimusic I love you plini
"Look mom, no cable"
Now we criticize him for not buttoning his sleeves.
@@gunshow86de let's criticize him for not doing enough live shows so he does more >:D
Stressing like crazy about a scan today about potential open heart surgery in the near future.... this is just what I needed to calm me down, thanks Plini ❤️
I hope everything goes perfectly well for you mate!
Hope all goes well for you!
Hope everything goes good!!
Praying for you, fam.
Hold on!!!
*This is my favourite Plini song. This song gives me a vibe of melancholy. One day, I'll tell my future kids, friends and families about life's struggles which brought us there.*
Absolute brilliance on so many levels........
Please tell me there will be a video reaction Geebz 🙏🏼🥺 we need your composer/decomposer POV on this gem
I like how every note played is treated with the same level of care & respect as one holding a priceless jewel.
His playing is on the scalpel level of precision
I agree. What I also find refreshing is that he doesn't have the urge to dramatically vibrate every note he plays. He's very conscious with that.
I enjoyed it!
I love how Plini makes incredibly complex music sound so accesible and easy on the ear. Stellar musicianship.
There's just something about Plini, man. He's pretty much one of the best guitarists ever, but he also seems super humble and down to earth, all while making it look so easy. He's not really a showoff or anything, he just makes amazing music, and I love it. Another commenter here describes him as both laid back, but in your face as well. I think that sums it up pretty well.
agreed to all
He's not flashy but everything he does is jaw dropping.
Honestly havent been this excited about a new album in a long long time
^^^
Yuuuuup
Same.
Same
Probably my favorite song from Plini. The middle to the end is when it just kills.
Plini , Zytecki, Micic , Owane ! Top best modern music creators !
true! tim henson and manuel fernandes would be in there too though(for me)
Jack Gardiner and Rabea Massaad don't forget them
*Charles Caswell has entered the chat*
Agree, but you forgot Arch Echo . . .
I love how he's dressed like an extra in The Count of Monte Cristo.
Tbh, he probably just sewed that shirt minutes before shooting judging by the background.
@@BearBronson touche'
For the first couple of seconds I thought it was gonna be the puffy Seinfeld shirt.
Why an extra, he could play the title character, imho 🙂
@@Singlehand_Music definitely with Jim Caviezel
Plini is one of those artists where his influences are blended together in a seamless way. With many other musicians, often when listening to them, you think, "Oh, there's the jazz bit. There's the metal bit. There's the shredding bit. There's the electronica bit, etc." With Plini, he incorporates his influences in a way that sounds cohesive instead of disjointed. Instead of a collage of different genres and styles, you get this new organic thing.
How the hell does this guy have the ability to sound so laid back, yet completely in your face at the same exact time..?
That's a great way to explain his sound
I agree
Thank you, man! I’m glad it’s not just me, I’m always curious to see how others feel. I actually forgot I made this comment, and I was about to come down here and say something similar to what I already did. If I had a dollar for every time I did that...
Clarity and practice
@@bmejia220 For sure
I seem to recall someone describing Plini's music as "light as a butterfly but heavy as f**k" - a surprisingly appropriate description - absolutely love him.
This man never ceases to amaze me !! Steve Vai was right, this guy is the future of guitar players.👊💥🔥😎🎸
Seeing Plini live is even better. Was a very memorable and enjoyable concert experience! Can't wait to see them come to the U.S. again!
Absolutely loved this. The track, the playing, the mix, and the video! All really damn good! Nice one 🙌🙌
We're waiting for yours too, Rabea! 🔥
Can't wait for more totemist!!
Google Needs TobeBombed its impressive a troll account has survived so long. I hope your life takes a turn for the better at some point.
Where's 'yourmomhasballs' when you need him...
Love your vids Bea, hope you recover quick and can't wait to see your next musical endeavor man. Respect from Australia my friend.
I’m not sure if it’s just me but when I hear this song all of the emotion and feeling in it makes me start to cry. I’m not sure what to make of it. I’ve never quite experienced something like this song before.
It’s called beauty
Me too man.
Maybe it was (and probably still does) pushing out your own emotions and feelings. It's a true connection to me.
When the bass comes omg
YES!
I wonder if they used a real bass or maybe they layered it with some crazy sounding sub or something.
@@blaisemorales1299 its definitely real bass. Simon Grove provided the bass talent as he usually plays bass for Plini and does production / mixing. Dude is a savage.
@@JaredGrissett man the mix is too good 💯 i listened with at m40x and a tascam headphones it was still a pleasure to listen.
Scrolled onto this as soon as it did, fuck it’s good
You know you've hit virtuoso status when you start wearing oversized white linen shirts.
some kind of status, anyway
That, and also consecrated guitarist Steve Vai states that you're awesome.
They're comfy as f tho, and cooling. Medievals used this shit for a reason yo
Wish I could like this twice. This guy is an absolute beast. The way his songs showcase the uniqueness of his technique despite the main focus being the whole composition and not only the guitar parts is simply mesmerizing. Oh yeah, and the mix is god damned gold.
Yes he is, but i believe u can make another masterpiece with ur own playstyle. Cheers
I'm going through counseling for grief, anger, and anxiety that I has gone unprocessed. I have spent hours sitting still and listening to this through headphones while whatever emotion pours out. So, thanks for helping me process, Plini. More than just music.
That's deep, Peter and brave of you to tackle your inner world, may it bring you release and peace.
Okay but I was already stalking plini's old stuff and hit reload and this had just come out a minute ago I AM SO HYPED RN!
Therapist: Swashbuckling pirate Plini isn't real, he can't hurt you
Swashbuckling pirate Plini:
*he makes you better*
2:34 that little bend 😌
New to Plini.. instantly a fan! Just when I think I know where it's going he folds another unexpected layer and somehow keeps it coherent. Mad talent!
Do yourself a favor and listen to every other song he has
This dude stands alone man! His tone and feel are unmatched. Unlike most virtuosos he has an insane knack to create actual melodies instead of just showing off with technique.
The video gives vibe of- where a young guitarist on a quest to be the best guitarist searching for that master everywhere atlast finding him in a small town tailoring store 😅
There's a hopefulness in the beginning of this song that draws an emotional response from me. Every time.
Plini is without a doubt one of the very best and most creative guitarists in the world today! Not just my opinion though, Steve Vai said the same thing!
@2:08 man there`s just something that gets me about that riff. It makes me feel happy and uplifted, but at the same time brings up sadness and longing about times that I`ve felt more alive. I`ve always felt emotion is better expressed through melody/tone and rhythm than lyrics anyways. We all feel the same emotions, they're not always about the same thing.
If the whole planet had a national anthem then this would be it
lmfao so fckin true
Wouldn't it be a global anthem?
This is by far the best comment I’ve ever seen in my entire 28 years
What makes Plini an artist and not just a “guitar player” is that he is able to manifest this music in a way that is an exact reflection of who he is. It’s uncanny. First, the setting and the attire and the lighting, all tranquil but with a subtle edge. They somehow seem to mirror his day to day persona (at least the one we see in his videos and performances). It’s just right. And then there is his grace and ease in playing this song; all the while it’s complicated as hell. That he manages to remain serene through all the difficult passages is to defy gravity somehow. What a phenom and a joy to watch and listen.
Man, you'll never understand what your music has done for people like me. Just thank you. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you.
This is one of the best songs I’ve ever heard
Beautiful song, sounds so good! props to simon grove cause the low end is truly a work of art in this song
Storytelling with no words
This song is just "Chef's kiss"
This is an absolute masterpiece.
That damn lick at 2:47 has been on replay in my head for weeks man.
Plini is hands down the future of guitar playing, the level of complexity found in his writing is unlike anything else, at times you hear that Holdsworth coming through but in a different way. He’s forging his own path and no one can touch him. The rhythms so simple yet so complex paint such a vivid picture that reminds me of masterpieces like the Inception soundtrack. This guy will be remembered as one of the greatest guitar players ever.
Plini has been my best discovery in music in years
I just discovered Plini today, thank God... I've been listening to the Dayce Remix of this song for months now, I can't explain it but it has helped me get through a breakup. I don't know how, but this song is healing for me :')
The vibe fits the music so well!! ✨
Yo mickosis ...we meet again..
Marty fried mans is a fan of u 😉nice
This song hurts me a lot, it makes me remember the love of my life... Now she's not here, everytime any song of the album plays, specially this one and "The glass bead game", I just can't hold the tears, wandering, remembering everything about her... Thank you for every single note on this album Plini, it took me more than a year, but your music is definitely an inspiration to me, the soundtrack for my life for sure.
I don't have words for it. Wow.
Waited the entire pandemic for Plini to put music out and this was absolutely worth it. On loop 🔁
This song is so warm. It's like my dad just made me cookies
If there's a soul, Plini could touch mine.
To me this is a connection to my soul and spirit.
nut
ye
Lmao
Oh that's cool, didn't know that you liked this too
Pretty much.
This is a song you play while wing suiting it down a mountain or doing some extreme sport. So positive and inspiring. By far my favorite song you have done....
yo i listened to this shit on repeat on the slopes in colorado
This is a f**king masterpiece
Listening to this song is like getting the best, warmest, biggest hug ever.
3:21 sounds so Jakub Zytecki to me and I can’t help but smile remembering the energy the two of you had playing together last year in Glasgow - amazing!
You can really hear the zytecki in this tune! He’s definitely been listening to some of jakub’s work while writing this. Something about the tone haha.
Yes and also a bit of David Maxim Micic. Influences of the tour with both. Great production. Always love the sound of Plini's songs!
Yep , I hear it
They’re all really good friends and fans of each other for sure!
Dude, this is even sicker when you get to watch it :)
Absolutely adore this song! Can't wait to see you live again
Behold y’all.. A man straight up evolving before our eyes and ears
Coming to see you next Friday!
Auckland 2-10-23 !! Excited doesn't even begin to describe the feeling!
My soul needed this playthrough. Thanks Plini.
I told her one day. Now I come here to cry every day.
Plini IS a signature sound now
Man that small section at 2:21 is so beautiful
2:22 the best part - sort of an unexpected progression where it goes down at the end
Reminds me of a song from the Top Gun soundtrack
This song takes me to a different place. In the craziness of this world, I really feel like I am stepping into another world for some brief moment when I listen to it. So thanks, Plini! :)
Lost in this... like bourbon on a rainy day... only the sun peeks through on occasion to remind you anything is possible. Well done Plini! ❤️
This song tells a story without any words....and its a beautiful one 🌅
In a world full of creepy pop music, this music is a nectar of eargasm
And 80’s music! (Though I don’t think blindly, EVERY MUSIC SONG IN THIS ERA IS TRASH I still think finding good songs from this decade is a bit harder)
Ariana Grande!
*BOO*
So Epic and delicate at the same time. I've not been so obsessed with a piece of music in a long time. Absolute Masterpiece!
Wow, Plini is back! What a furious firework......
Beautiful guitar from Strandberg guitars ... Amazing playing technique, beautiful music, I am very impressed. Respect for the Lord
After years of listening to your playing, I think it's finally time for me to start learning a new instrument. Here goes nothing.
Thanks, man.
This ones up there with Electric Sunrise for me. So good!! Can't wait for this album.
I forgot to mention something....the song itself and the guitar work is incredible but THAT CRAZY DRUM INTRO!!! I.N.S.A.N.E. !
Plini is the Einstein of guitar
The bass is freaking tight as well. Can't wait for the album release!
My friend: yo mate whats that tune ur playing
Me: ...
*"I'll Tell You Someday"*
Plini is without a doubt one of the best modern guitarists around
He played this live and it was perfect. Rocking that true temperament strandberg too lol
Loved every second. An absolute beauty. Since Joe Satriani it seemed that any contemporary guitarists could avoid unnecessary pyrotechnics and compose something that resembled a song and not a demonstration of unnecessary wankery. I'd love the rest of the generation of "new guitarists" like Plini could understand this.
When plini dresses up like fabio😂 keep making amazing music!!!
I AM SO
OBSESSED OF YOUR WAY OF PLAYING! OG FROM THE FIRST EP!
....это плини....всё на высшем уровне...
I absolutely love this. The bass at 0:39, the bend at 1:30, gosh..! plus the general feel and the nice intensity progression throughout the song.
(also, really probs to Jamie McVicker and Adrian Goleby for this awesome looking playthrough)
That riff at 0:53 is so good.
Warm beautiful and rays of sunshine
Still fire after 2 years
The aesthetics of this video are just too good. I'll be rewatching this thing a bunch
2:03 is so dreamy
A true renaissance man
every single time i listen to this guy i am once more amazed by everything. everything he has done.
Been studying the tab for this recently and listening to the jam track without the lead I gotta say the mix is unreal the 7 string part brings such an amazing baritone pitch on top of the bass and hearing it without the lead hurt me a little but I was like wait im supposed to learn it damn it 😂 Also going on 9 months seizure free so thats a big plus.
i can have the worst day ever and the riff starting @2:20 just makes everything /// ALL GOOD
i agree and the little bend at 2:34 makes it so much better
I am obsessed with this song 🎵 😍 😅
That hi-hat groove that comes in at 2:08 makes this song.
I’m so excited for the new album!!
The kind off music you could drive too with no destination.
Best fkin guitar track of 2022. Man this composition is everything
My absolute favorite song to exist and I'll fight anyone off this hill
