My neighbor builds snowmobiles for drag racing from the ground up. 800 and 1,000 cc modified classes. Love hearing him testing out back. Some people think it would be to much noise, but an engine for drag racing only runs for seconds unless you want a block of slag. Has a full machine shop including CNC equipment. Love living in the country.

I thought so at first also, but it turns out that he got scammed. The other guys lied about their engine horsepower. It's like cheating at the weigh-in before a fight. If you put money down on a middleweight fight, and Tyson Fury steps into the ring with you instead, you'd not pay up either.
Back in the 90's my nephew (3 yrs younger), had a built civic. He would mess with all forms of sports car, it was fun.
If you don't know what your doing, never bet against the car with a parachute, they don't just put them on for looks.
Never thought I'd say this, but I agree with the Lambo owner. You can't just flat out lie about how much horsepower you have by that much and expect someone to pay up. That's just a full blown scam artist. You CAN however just refuse to say anything about your engine and ask for a race straight up, that's the rules of street racing. No wonder their faces are blurred.
People don't race and bet money against a car that they don't think they at least have a SHOT at beating. That car probably had closer to 800hp and a HUGE single turbo system based on that flutter sound.
I know the point of the video is to make fun of rich people with fancy cars they didn't build, but that bet was fixed/rigged.

I am not a car fanatic, but this was nice. I had a 80s Opel GSI 2.0,thing weighed about nothing. Everytime it rained, it sucked to drive it.
At the traffic light, I could be in 3th gear, still standing there slipping. I had it 2 weeks.

10:56 Why are they straight line / drag racing a 911 GT3 RS though?! That's for fun through the corners on a race track, steering feel and handling... Naturally aspirated. Made for sound, handling and joy of driving on track or twisty corners in the Alps or whatever. If you are into straight line speed, you have bought the wrong variant of 911. But don't worry: I'll take it off your hands. It's not for you anyways. So I'd be willing to trade in my station wagon for it ;-)
