    I need omega 3 (EPA and DHA ) to cure dry eyes aren't any vegatarian sources available for epa and dha

      Unfortunately, ALA is converted to EPA and DHA at a rate of less than 9%. So plant sources aren't great. The fishes he mentioned already have EPA and DHA.

      It's ALA you want not DHA ALA converts to 5 different thing all important for the body where DHA has already converted to dha only one thing

    The title of the video is a bit misguiding..... Omega 3 has 3 components - EPA, DHA and ALA. But all plant source mentioned have only ALA hence they arnt proper source of Omega 3

      Further more, people with diabetes cannot alter ALA to DHA & EPA.
