The title of the video is a bit misguiding..... Omega 3 has 3 components - EPA, DHA and ALA. But all plant source mentioned have only ALA hence they arnt proper source of Omega 3

It's ALA you want not DHA ALA converts to 5 different thing all important for the body where DHA has already converted to dha only one thing
