I've really appreciated these 25 minute workouts. They are the ideal length while still feeling like I'm working out. The ab exercises in this workout left my lower internal abs feeling it the next day....something I normally don't get from the workouts.

This one was great, as are all of them. I’m a teacher and I’ve been working out with you every day all summer and loving it but when fall rolls around it’s always hard to know how I’m going to fit in exercise with the crazy school schedule. These 25 minute workouts are absolutely perfect!

The bonus move was my favorite - I was almost spent by that point, but I paused for a few seconds before and then got it done with proper form. A great start for my week! Thanks Amy 😃💪

I am hoping that you will still come out with monthly calendars even when its not summer as it keeps me accountable so I do not have to waste time in figuring out what I want to do during the day.
Love this workout! As a more "mature" person, I appreciate workouts with simpler movements where I can really focus on my form to ensure I don't hurt my lower back (things I never worried about 20 years ago!).
I made it to day 7, so proud of myself. Already seeing improvements, when I started my knees hurt doing lunges, now I can slowly do them without pain. I looking forward to finishing strong. Thanks Amy!

I did like this workout, although must admit i prefer the longer ones, im missing the 10-15 min more of a workout, especially when its with weights.
