    Full body strength using just a set of dumbbells. Start back to basics for 30 seconds, add some intensity for the next 30, really sculpt on the last 30! Options for all levels.

      I completely agree! I love this duration. I’ve been able to do them everyday where some days 40 minutes isn’t feasible

    fantastic workout. It is short enough to fit into any schedule you have during the day.
    You feel better, so sweaty, so exhausting, ... back to basics ... I get the feeling that I did something that helps me to improve my body fitness.

    Loving this 25-25 series! Last week, couldn't comment on any of the videos but they all were very challenging and loved all of them! Loved this too! This was a great burner! By the end of the workout, of this series, it has never felt like it was only 25 mins.because of the way the muscles burn, heart beats, sweat all over... Thanks a ton Amy!! 💛💛🤗🤗

    👋 AMY! I TOTALLY LOVE THIS WORKOUT. It was CHALLENGING especially with the pulses. I love the burn and working my muscles to fatigue it makes me feel STRONGER! today's my birthday so Thank-u for this AMAZING GIFT!

    The back to basics with the tempo changes is a great format and really helped me get more muscle concentration!! Used one weight with the bonus move and absolutely loved it!!! Great workout Amy!!!! 💪💪💯👏👏!!!!!

    I've really appreciated these 25 minute workouts. They are the ideal length while still feeling like I'm working out. The ab exercises in this workout left my lower internal abs feeling it the next day....something I normally don't get from the workouts.

    This one was great, as are all of them. I’m a teacher and I’ve been working out with you every day all summer and loving it but when fall rolls around it’s always hard to know how I’m going to fit in exercise with the crazy school schedule. These 25 minute workouts are absolutely perfect!

    Loved doing some of my favorites like the chest and tri press, plus bicycle crunch. This was another awesome workout and I'm really enjoying the length of the workouts this month. It leaves me more options for my day which is perfect! 🤩

    Woo, that was a challenging workout! Long intervals and relatively lesser rest intervals in between, made it BURN and got the sweat flying everywhere. The bonus move was my favorite - I was almost spent by that point, but I paused for a few seconds before and then got it done with proper form. A great start for my week! Thanks Amy 😃💪

    loved this workout and the format. Not having the breaks but doing it with the effective changes was awesome!!! I am hoping that you will still come out with monthly calendars even when its not summer as it keeps me accountable so I do not have to waste time in figuring out what I want to do during the day.

    Love this workout! As a more "mature" person, I appreciate workouts with simpler movements where I can really focus on my form to ensure I don't hurt my lower back (things I never worried about 20 years ago!).

    I made it to day 7, so proud of myself. Already seeing improvements, when I started my knees hurt doing lunges, now I can slowly do them without pain. I looking forward to finishing strong. Thanks Amy!

    I did like this workout, although must admit i prefer the longer ones, im missing the 10-15 min more of a workout, especially when its with weights.
