I like iso holds! also love the constant reminders to zip up and think about the muscles working, just thinking it always helps make the adjustment. Been so appreciative of these 25 minute-ers and excited to get some longer ones again too!
This workout was fun and a change up. The Mr Roboto rows, perfect on the core, and the mule kicks really hit the core.And mobility has never been better, these workouts are no doubt the reason. Thanks Amy for keeping it fresh as always!!! Proves you dont need a hour plus workout to get in shape!

My kettlebell arrived yesterday so this was my first ever kettlebell workout. I loved it! I was nervous but it felt really good! I had read that using a kettlebell feels so much different than using one weight and that was true. Thank you, Amy, for teaching and encouraging us to try new things! Feeling strong!

This was an excellent workout. I used my dumbell b/c I don't have kettlebells but it worked great. Super challenging but totally doable, and well-paced as always so it feels fresh and lively while the time flys. Worked my muscles as hard as I possibly could. Excellent, killer bonus move too! I feel great. Like # 402
These workouts with the ISO holds to movers and strength moves are so fantastic and doing it with a kettlebell made it even more awesome!!! Great workout!!!!! 💥🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!
Would you PLEASE make a kettlebell workout for people with problems with balance? The single legged deadlift too dangerous for me and while static lunges are great, a moving lunge like the reverse lunge makes me too unsteady. I LOVE the kettlebell and it’s the only type of workout that I don’t dread, but I hate modifying a “regular” workout because it makes me feel like I’m failing.
Hey Amy, I want to buy kettlebells so I can start doing these workouts but I have no idea what size to buy. Is there somewhere you talk about that? I use 10lb dumbbells which I find challenging but not sure on the kettlebells. Thank you!
