I have really love the timed blocks with flow now. It does move fast and overworks the muscles. I am in recovery from a bad virus so I went light and modified quite a bit but feel it in every part of my body....and because of the effort my hr is quite high.

Loved this kettlebell workout! I struggle with a lot of squats and lunges, but will swap out and put my mini band around my ankles and do some side steps and walk forwards and backwards.

This a random callout but the audio cuts to only one side when flipped full screen horizontally on my phone! None of your other videos do it, so it’s specifically this one
