It's been brought to my attention that the game asks you whether you want to continue repeating a quest after 10 runs of a single quest, which means you'll need to check in with the game in order to say yes to resume repeating instead of being taken back to town! This doesn't devalue the contents of the video outside of wanting to leave the game on overnight, but I'm very grateful to be corrected here, so thank you very much for that! ❤❤❤
@@therealharshlycritical I figured it out. You have to do some of the side quest in town and then he spawns idk which ones I just did a bunch of them and he showed up lol.

After a few runs it automatically goes back to town even if its on repeat is there a way to make it not go back to town after a time and just afk farm until you turn it off?
I'm loving the game just cleared the last of the Proud mode missions, now im spending my time helping people online. Charlotta is my favorite. The MSP repeatable side quest is goated 10/10 please leave it as it GBFR team.

Oh wow you did all of the Proud Missions solo with AI? How did u do that and who did you Pick? I play Rosetta and have Io,Id and Narmaya as AI Companions but the AI is dying over and over on proud mode especially the Mgaiella Double Bossfight.
Ive been using full assist on my lunchbreaks with remote play to play through the character story board stuff. Finished Perciville's yesterday. Such an awesome character.
If you want to literally AFK or tab-out of the game for an hour or so, you can activate the auto-skip of the loading confirmation in the options. This means you'll only need to be there to activate the auto-repeat, but then you can truly AFK from the game for the next 9 runs. Great tips on the best quests to farm, thanks!
OMG... this is... revolutionary. I wish all games had this. :D Sadly, for me, after it does afk grind for a while it moves me back to the town. :( I don't know why.
This does indeed works still. It of course stops now at 10 runs so you cant leave it on overnight but my characters wont be dying as often. Only issue I had was Vulcan. My characters wouldnt kill him as fast enough so theres times he starts his phases where he runs off and my character wont be doing anyhting. Had to switch to normal for him. Might try his extreme later I guess.
Use an elastic band or a wedge to angle the controlstick forward. With combat camera settings on you'll always move towards the boss, and be in range for Full Assist to take over.
You can just put a provoke sigil to your main character so every enemy goes to you. Now you can afk farm. The problem now is the window that pops up if you still want to continue repeating the same quest. This window pops up when you have been repeating the same quest for quite some time.
@@Cynimun06 You need to semi-afk farm after turning on the repeat quest. After 10 repeats, an option will pop up if you still want to continue repeating the quest, you need to choose yes so it will repeat 10 more times.
Just an fyi. There is an option in the settings that lets you skip cut scenes which acts the same as pressing the "options" button that everyone specifies in all the farm videos
Heya, wanted to say thanks for the guide and this was really helpful to just cut down on the grind if a little. But I also wanted to report that the Full Assault mission might have been changed because you spawn further back now and the mobs don't spawn anymore beyond the initial wave of 4-5 mobs. It seems you'll have to use a rubber band or something to force yourself to walk forward to make the mobs spawn for that mission now.
Why are you UA-cam’s all acting like you guys came up with this and implying you guys created this guide without watching any UA-cam’s I seen a dude doing this Sunday with like maybe 1k views the fact that you guys don’t shout him out or acknowledge he came up with it is super corny and leads your community to think you guys are god gamers but also takes away from the UA-camrs who come up with the stuff so weird, UA-camrs be super attention hungry.
I did this without even watching someone’s videos. Just searched for a way for more msp, only to see that I was doin all this by myself 😂 truly disappointing. Tested all chars, almost have all max lvl/ half chars full points and was doin it with Rack all along. Just bumped him up first to Auto clear from range. Haha feeling your comment bro 👊🏽 I swear, exact the same all found out offline alone. And to say that farm over night is not possible, after a time or mission run ( didn’t figure that out) a message pops up that ask u to continue. Most it’s 15mins. So afk Farm over night is a myth.
Can’t really assume multiple people won’t find this. I found it myself and any ARPG type game with some automated play is gonna have people looking for it

Yeah. I thought he might have a workaround, but this is just straight up lying to your audience. Maybe with a macro, that works like an auto clicker, it can work. I mean you only need to click 2 buttons… Idk if it works with more than 10 runs on ps though.
Most likely a update made it so it leans into no. Either way you still can afk farm to a degree and its still valid. Im unsure why people are hurt that you cant do it as long.
only problem with this is you didnt teach how to make it COMPLETELY afk farming. if you set up tiny task to back out of the mission and go back to the island and then accept and the start the quest from there itll keep redoing the quest infinitely instead of just the 9 times on its auto repeat. but thats just for longer term afks when youll afk for more than an hour
I dont think it will be "fixed" it already has a limitation to only works on extreme or below diff, and also i think this is how they "translate" the Full Auto system on the original browser gacha Granblue to Relink.

Nope no answer on that.. it does the same for me. I even tried sticking my L2 button so it keeps auto targeting and I rigged my left analog to slightly move forward at target because I thought it was an input issue but nope it kicks me out after 10 rounds smh

I am on the extreme missions and this quest for the MSP is not there yet. Is this unlocked after maniac is unlocked? Very good guide and a nice way to ease the XP grind at least.
I'll just comment on myself haha but also you said you use Vulcan for fire shards but can you leave that quest running by itself because of how the boss is?
@@dammit-dylard4811your team most likely can do all the damaging if Vulcan decides to swim away elsewhere. I struggled with extreme since my team wasnt strong enough to kill him fast enough. So he would end up going to his other phases and attempt to wipe the team really close. So I switched to normal difficulty for him for a bit until im confident my team can handle him without me needing to be there.

Is there a reason not to use Golemology 102 instead of Gallanza? Its much faster but drops roughly half as many Earth shards, while having a small chance of dropping Fire shards as well.

I don't think the game is too short, if anything, I'm happy to get through to the meat of the game quicker, and with so many major releases coming out all at once, it's nice to be able to fit more of them in before the backlog gets too big! ❤️
if i cant go actually afk to a movie or sleep and the game keeps going, i dont count it as afk. having to reselect a level and hit any button at all, is not afk
When youre in the loot menu after youre done with the quest it tells u what button to press to repeat on the bottom left corner if i remember correctly
Well in mobile game itself has this full auto system too for grinding mats so it's nice that everyone acknowledged this system too, great video though! I'll put up in mind to level up Rackam or any other ranged for easy farm
once Maniac is done you have to do the lower tier side quest until both pop up 1 is Fire and Earth the other is Water and Wind (Going through Comments as video is playing so no idea if both are stated in video)
@@younglibrarian-th Here's a better and quicker solution. Just go to the journal on the menu and exit out of it. NPC will automatically have the quest available again to claim rewards. Works like a charn and time efficient. :)
How does the AFK actually work ? I leave the mission on REPEAT QUEST , it repeats the quest like few times then if i want to go out with my friends and come back again the character is in the lobby why doest it quit by itself?
I don't have an amazing AI team. But my character loses on Vulkan and Managarmr. Maps to big plus arena AOEs. Fight with any dragons dont go well either maps way to big.
When I afk eventually I get a popup asking if I want to continue this quest, if I do not hit X, it takes me back to town. Anyway to prevent that interruption?
Yea before even watching this video i was doing the AFK method. I think the prompt appears after you repeat the same quest 10 times or so. I wish i could say i knew a way but i don’t. Hopefully someone else could let us know. Because you can’t really leave it alone overnight if this is the case.
the title of this videos makes me not want to watch it lol. I really want to just enjoy Granblue Fantasy for what it is. People on youtube are always ruining shit by "best builds" "get these characters NOW" "i broke.." "unlimited money glitch". The game was out for like 10 hours and theres hella videos covering endgame content, exploits but then wanna cry about how short the game is and max everything out in less then a week then say the game is dead. I havent seen one review of someone saying anything about its history check out the show to vibe with some of the characters better and see how they ended up where they are or anything is just all about who can cover shit first and its wack
This entire game is boring af. I clear main story after 20h maybe. After this is only farming and fightin exacly the same enemies but on higher level, thats stupid. I saw everything after 25h of playing. Why i should still playing this ? Its boring.
but having to press square and start is the same as playing in full assist mode. not truly an afk farm where i leave the game open in a mission or chapter and autofarm exp
You only have to do it once after the 1st mission is completed. In the Battle Results menu press Square to ensure the same mission keeps repeating & then when the loading screen appears you press the Start button to enable auto skip. After that you will not have to do this again for the remainder of the missions.

You can actually go into the options and change the auto skip options for cutscenes and even the button press to start after a load.
Cutscenes are not skipping for me even tho i have this option on since day one... 😕

play on the easier difficulty then? no one forcing u to play hard mode play on story instead@@Zzues

I think they made a slime spawn up further on the deck out of range. No other enemies spawn until you engage it.

You can toggle auto skip of the screen before you fight in the Menu. So that way it can be legit afk.
If you grind your hands will starts to hurt by side effects if played non stop.

yes, on the rewards screen post quest you can press a button (Square/X on consoles i think) so you vote to repeat which obviously auto-repeats in solo

you should just enjoy the game at your pace you'll get there it doesn't take too long.

G102 is goated. If your team is solid, you can get sub 60 second clears

Auto repeat has about a hour before kicking you out of the stage. So it's not infinite.
So ff7 remake has a third title already wow.

Yea before even watching this video i was doing the AFK method. I think the prompt appears after you repeat the same quest 10 times or so. I wish i could say i knew a way but i don’t. Hopefully someone else could let us know. Because you can’t really leave it alone overnight if this is the case.

the title of this videos makes me not want to watch it lol. I really want to just enjoy Granblue Fantasy for what it is. People on youtube are always ruining shit by "best builds" "get these characters NOW" "i broke.." "unlimited money glitch". The game was out for like 10 hours and theres hella videos covering endgame content, exploits but then wanna cry about how short the game is and max everything out in less then a week then say the game is dead. I havent seen one review of someone saying anything about its history check out the show to vibe with some of the characters better and see how they ended up where they are or anything is just all about who can cover shit first and its wack

This entire game is boring af. I clear main story after 20h maybe. After this is only farming and fightin exacly the same enemies but on higher level, thats stupid. I saw everything after 25h of playing. Why i should still playing this ? Its boring.
My copy still hasn’t come in at GameStop yet. But I suppose it doesn’t really matter since I’ve been busy the past few days.

yea after 10 games it asks if you want to repeat quest, which auto answer is "no" so it yeets you out xd. So overnight or so doesn't work xd
well its not really AFK, since you need to confirm after every fight
No you don't if the counter ends to mission restarts by itself

but having to press square and start is the same as playing in full assist mode. not truly an afk farm where i leave the game open in a mission or chapter and autofarm exp
You only have to do it once after the 1st mission is completed. In the Battle Results menu press Square to ensure the same mission keeps repeating & then when the loading screen appears you press the Start button to enable auto skip. After that you will not have to do this again for the remainder of the missions.
