You shouldn't transmute until you unlock proud mode. That unlocks level 3 transmutation as well as a special option that lets you try for even better sigils after transmuting a certain number of times.
Note that I left a note in the video that Level 3 is the highest level of Transmutation. I am merely suggesting that players can get their footing by getting decent ones at level 2. Since it is super easy to get Vouchers anyways. And not all people can get to proud without a lil bit of help.
This is helpful indeed, especially when you equip Mastery Sigils but I think EXP is easy to come by so its optional. I am glad you find the guide helpful.
Gran/Djeeta can heal, revive, and has more buffs and debuffs than Caglioso. I don't think Cag is good to run with MC and since MC is required early Cag is probably best left for later on. I do run Cag instead of MC at endgame usually but that is because of her unique buff which is great for dps. Honestly I would recommend waiting to use crew tickets until after story because then the characters will come with a huge portion of the mastery tree filled out and all skills unlocked saving resources. For story with starting characters I would probably recommend MC, Rackam, Katalina, and Rose.
I run with Cag and Djeeta and seeing no problems at level 120 and up. I would slot in Percival and Cag though but Djeeta is indeed usable still. Great tip by the way!
@JRPGSamurai I mean you can run whoever you want late game pretty much just during the story both characters would require too much investment to get their support buffs so you would have to choose one. Gran is required so might as well use him. Requires thousands of mastery points to get the buffs for Gran or Cag much less both and mastery is hard to come by early in the game.
Goes against the spirit of the game, but you can complete quests up to extreme with little to no input involved. You simply switch on full assist in the settings from the main menu and you and your party members will attack automatically. I think, however, they won't go up to the deck where the slime is, so you'll have to move them up manualy each time if you want slimes.
This is good to get started. But one difficulty up and you get the quest slimepede that is significantly better, gives you around 900 msp and crazy amounts of money
ill afk one of these big skeletons on maniac , just pick a tanky char and let cpu play your main and they die pretty quick + you get endgame loot for bahamut weapon enchantments
When i got to the "final boss" i was around level 40 vs 50. So i was required to grind. At that point your best bet is doing the side quests that have you kill a bunch of enemies quickly as fighting bosses give relatively low experience
Really depends on how you master your setup. I've proven that it was not required to really grind at all since I suggested to my friends as well and they did the same thing. We only started grinding on Extreme. But its not the be all and all. If you feel you need to grind just don't stay on it too long.
I beated the epilogue at lvl 60 and before that I never farm anything but doing main quest and some side quest that accidently finished while I was doing main quest. You don't need to grind in the main story.
I don't know if it's a bug/glitch but I think there's 2 Infinite quest you can do in folca end game, one guy ask for wind and water shards, and the other ask for earth and fire shards. They both reward 700 MSP and that stacks with the path to mastery sigil, which nets you more points
Okay, but you don't say what the mission is, do I need to actually beat the final boss to access this mission... I'm undrlleveled for the final boss and was looking for a guide to get me to level 50 to be on par with the boss, but your guide literally does not state mission or specifically how far in the story I need to go.
You gotta beat the final boss to access the endgame. Complete the main story quests till you access extreme difficulty at the quest counter and then you'll be able to find this quest
hello amaple. Yeah, i mentioned that you need to finish the game, which is the final chapter then continue along. After that you will be reaching chapter 0 and then, climb to extreme difficulty. With proper knowledge about the team comps and mechanics, it can be achieved without grinding.
Its ok if you really feel the need to do so. Note that it's really not required. Its all about knowing the mechanics of the game and your party members.
I mentioned this a million times, not all people can reach level 3 without grinding. Level 2 transmutation can be used by majority of players as their footing to build their characters quiet a bit before trying to complete Maniac Skill. I have also stated couple of times that i stated in the video that level 3 is the highest and its the best one if people will only watch.
If you are referring to the airship spot its more of a single player spot and more of a short footing for you to get to slimepede which is overall the faster spot to grind msp and level
Hello Akarti, I believe I mentioned it, but if was not able to, just focus on your main character's weapon only, you will start tinkering with your other party member's gear when you reached endgame.
Note this will be their stepping stone to reach that node. Not everyone can clear extreme and reach maniac without grinding. This is a progression guide and I mentioned it as well in the video that there is better node if you look closely. Slimepede will be covered in a diff video.
Yes you can. However, you can use Gran or Djeeta as a main or secondary support in level 120 fights. I still use her till now. You can with Percival, your main, Cagli and MC.
Wtf is the best early farm things are becoming tanks asf I’m playing on hard and my highest character is percival lvl 30 but my damage isn’t high because I don’t get a lot of stuff for upgrading weapons yet
To be honest, as I've said in my previous videos, players can beat the content without grinding. IMO its not worth farming while finishing the story however if you reall wish to do so, you just need to focus on your little upgrades, and go as you can. Since there is no optimal way of grinding during story mode.
You can't access it right away especially if you are new to the game and you didn't grind and I have also mentioned it in this video. also made a guide for slimepede.
@@JRPGSamurai I finished proud in 35 hours, you really trying to make an argument that the extra 45 minutes of gameplay to get to maniac from extreme is worth grinding inferior content? The game doesnt have any real grind requirement until the start of maniac, which is where slimepede is available, no you wont be able to kill 50 or 100 slimes, but you will get a whole lot more for your time even if you are weak.
Look dont be in a rush to get to end game at all. The game has only 100 quests and when you have done them 2 or 3 times they can easily get boring, plus 80% of those quests are useless when you reach end game. So all you have to look forward to is repeating the same quests over and over for incremental stat increases. Thing is you need things to look for in order to give you a reason to do the quests in the first place, if you grinded all the stuff already, you dont have a reason to do the quests again.
Hmm it varies but in my experience, I didn't grind at all until i reach the grinding spot. Hence, saving a lot of time. Its all about managing your resources and getting the required allies at first.

It depends how far you are imo. Early on it's fine since there's thousands of MSP and gold given out at a time but at the very hard to extreme threshold it's better to focus on 4 at the most until they're about 5-6k power otherwise getting charas over the 4k hump is kinda tedious
once you get a single character to level 100 you can boost the others way quicker by completing harder challenges on maniac; instead of spreading your resources you can just pile them and get more resources faster. the slimetepede on insane can level a char from 60 to 100 in around 1 hour. but you wont get there faster by having a well balanced team. that really doesnt matter when ur main can just carry everyone else.
The first maniac quest is way better farming method than this and you can do it easily if you focus on one character. You dont need to level rest of your team until maniac
pretty much the exact same fastest progression advice for most games with a high amount of characters or gatcha mechanics, a maxxed character is worth more then a team of mid lv's, and resources take time to gather. never spread yourself way out on too many multiple charcters.
